Power Rankings: January 2019

Even though the polar vortex has made going outside practically impossible in some parts of the country, golfers have found their way onto plenty of courses in more temperate climates. We processed more than 7,500 reviews over the first month of the year from thousands of golfers out there. If your clubs have yet to see action in 2019, here's hoping you're able to tee it up in February, and we will look forward to your thoughts on your rounds.

Naturally, courses in states like Florida, California and Arizona dominated this month's Power Rankings. The #1 course, Rams Hill in Borrego Springs, Calif., will be familiar to those who keep track of our annual Best-Of Lists; the Tom Fazio design ranked #13 in the U.S. on our overall "Best Of 2018: Top 50 Courses In The U.S." list.

Two other Fazio layouts - one in Florida and one in Arizona - also made this month's list, as did a PGA Tour event-hosting Jack Nicklaus design and an Arnold Palmer design on each coast. If you're planning a mid- or late-winter golf trip, this list is full of great ideas for your itinerary.
