This Ted Robinson Jr design just minutes away from The Strip measures 6,757 yards from the tips and features 68 white-sand bunkers and enough water hazards to make you wish you brought your beach towel.

Chimera Golf Club will test the skills of low handicappers, but four sets of tees make it accessible to novice golfers. Overall, Chimera Golf Club is an enjoyable, entertaining round of golf in a truly beautiful setting.

Clubhouse:Chimera Golf Club’s centerpiece is a spacious 31,000 square foot Old World Tuscan Village which features a golf retail store, a pub and fine dining restaurant as well as banquet and meeting facilities. First Time at Chimera

Decided to try out Chimera. Heard good things about it. My mistake was choosing a late afternoon tee time on a windy day. Originally planned to play 18 holes, but had to cut it short. Ran into 2 foursomes in front of me playing golf with soccer balls!

Will try again.

Not Friendly to Golf now tee times

We arrived 2 hours early. Spoke to starter Rob great starter. He had a couple of empty tee times and was happy to move us. Went to get our cart and was told we had to wait. Went to check in desk and I was told because it was golf now booked he could do nothing for us. I found this embarrassing .

Too many bare spots

In the 10 years playing this course, it’s in really bad condition. They obviously did not overseas or are not keeping up with seating. The greens are full of patches of dirt and grass and the fairways and the rough there are just too many bare spots get this course back to the way it used to look and start seating it again. The greens are absolutely pitiful and shots right down the middle of the fairway just to find divots and bar spots
