Fairmont Banff Springs Golf Club offers 27 holes of championship golf amidst Canada's Rocky Mountains. The course resides in Jasper National Park, which means golfers will occasionally be accompanied by elk and other wildlife as they play. The holes are divided into three nines that are played in three different 18-hole combinations. The Rundle/Tunnel golf course is the shortest of the three nines at 6,443 yards but it is no less a challenge. The Tunnel nine is the newest of the holes. It was created to take advantage of the stunning scenery, offering the most breathtaking views of any of the nines. Both it and the Rundle nine bring water into play on three holes.
