Solid track with challenging layout
New England CC is a solid track that should be played by any golfer living in metro west area of Commonwealth. It has a challenging layout, with several forced carries and risk reward holes. Even though the greens were aerated at the time I played, they rolled well and true. The rough however is too penal for the average golfer
Amazing course
I was pleasantly surprised that this $100 course ended up being worth the 45 minute drive. Amazing conditions. I wish we could talk on here because it only rained a tiny bit and the greens were extremely slow for how they looked. Is that how it usually is? Idk either way I had been eyeing this place for a while and glad I finally pulled the trigger.
Weekend play
Really slow… took us 6 hours to get around and there was nowhere to put the players. Suggest looking at spreading tee time out longer then 10min apart.
Hidden Gem
In a season where many courses are struggling with too much rain and heat killing the course New England CC looks incredible. Every hole was immaculate and the staff was super friendly. Course is absolutely worth the price to play. Greens rolled very smooth and consistent. Zero complaints , had a great day.
love this course. Used to be a member and have not played it in a while due to two knee replacements. Great fairways, greens superb (although a lot of idiots not repairing their hallmarks. I did 3-4 a green) and the nightlines interesting challenging. One I wish comment is to have less thick rough around the greens. The course is tough enough and with the greens so fast, rough fringe makes it frustrating. Mayv=be for tourneys to club championships, etc. Overall great play.
Spectacular
I am at a member at at CC nearby and played this course for 1st time in years. Incredible layout and conditions. Play in4 hrs 10!minutes. Will go back
Please Add Divot Mix to Carts
It's nice that they finally added GPS to the golf carts. However, two suggestions: 1) how about adding seed mix for divot repair? Far too many unrepaired divots in frequently played areas of the fairways. Also, 2) the carts currently lack awning to cover clubs during rain. Bring plenty of towels!!
Best Kept Golf Secret in Mass
This course has never disappointed. Incredible conditions with a very good pace of play. This course has several unique features that you don’t get to see around there. Elevation changes and double greens and very cool water features.
VERY nice course
The place was in great shape and played very well. I must warn you. If you don't like elevation changes, this is not the place for you. The elevation changes lead to a bunch of blind shots for someone who doesn't know the course. Not terrible but will force you to strategize. I'm a chess player so I don't mind playing somewhere that almost force's you to play by its rules. The greens were good, the fairways are good which made for a BEAUTIFUL course. WOULD NOT suggest walking it unless walking is really your thing. But it was like a 3 minute drive in the cart to get to the back 9. Very beautiful though. May be a little bit biased because I shot 1 over on the back 9 but I'd definitely recommend it to people and wouldn't hesitate to play again. Pace of play wasn't bad. Would have done it a lot quicker had the 2 of us had not been behind a 4 and a 3 some but no complaints there. Try it! Well worth the money especially if you're looking to test your game. Took pictures to add to this review but don't know how!
First time 18!
Very unique and challenging course…greens beautiful and smooth…condition of cart path only negative.
GPS Finally Added back to Golf Carts
