Looks good to me. But I would want the kind that goes to the dash. Clean whole cart including divider between uses.
If the plastic shield are kept clean between rounds and all players practice social distancing and wore masks it can work.
Masks not necessary when outside and keeping your distance. Too hot to wear while golfing.
Masks should be worn and available like sunglasses are and put in place when necessary. Like glasses around the head or hat/cap the mark can do the same or hang around your neck, cover your face when you have to. No matter what the weather is. It shouldn't stop you from playing your golf game.
