Do you have suggestions for me to work your tips with the Plane Mate during the off—season?
Hi John, follow the protocols available on my site. Click on the PlaneMate. Thank you.
Martin love your videos. I’m having trouble not to cup my wrist at impact.
So I have lost a lot of distance about 1 to 1 1/2 clubs
Loss of compression is super common. In most cases, if your upper body slides toward the target too much, you'll have no choice but to scoop at the ball. Make sure you set up and keep your center back long enough not to scoop. No slide: )
Thank you, sir. Great advice.
Thanks James!
Is this a heavier the better on the medicine ball or is there a certain weight you work up to?
8-10 lbs is plenty to feel the momentum required to develop a dynamic motion.
I call it "hit with an attitude".
I like that!!
