It’s tough to have great distance control out of the bunker when you don’t play every day, but you can always get better. In this tip, Andrew Rice demonstrates an easy way to help control distance by just changing one thing in the swing.
Excellent tip and well demonstrated. I take a shorter backswing because it gives me more control and I can reliably get the ball up smoothly, but never realized how much the follow-through impacts distance. (And yet I do this for chip shots. Never made the connection.)
