Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort

About Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort
Located in a popular tourist corridor in Mexico and nestled along one of the area’s only swimmable beaches, Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort offers a variety of activities and experiences that live up to the area’s nickname as “The Coast of Inspiration.” When guests step out of their rooms or suites, each with a private balcony overlooking either the garden or the ocean, they can enjoy surfing, snorkeling, sailing, paddleboarding and whale watching, or simply relax by one of the pools. The Enclave Beach Club sits on one of Cabo’s only cove-protected beaches and features a boardwalk, loungers with umbrellas and a waterfront bar serving craft cocktails and food. Guests can also cozy up by a private beach bonfire and make s’mores or reserve a private cabana to relax with clear ocean views. During certain times of the year, guests might even witness turtles hatching on the beach. For wellness, the resort offers services at the eforea spa as well as pickleball courts, tennis courts, sound healing, spinning, yoga and, of course, golf. Cabo Real Golf Club sits right across the street on higher ground during much of the round before descending to the beach. All these activities are sure to work up an appetite for specially curated menus and seasonal food and wine events that re-imagine classic Mexican dishes.Facts

Very good value
Good course but a few tricky places that a one time player would never see, no reason for that on a resort course. Second and third time would be much more enjoyable.
Experience
Course is a very nice layout, staff is super helpful and friendly, tee times were on time, pace of play was approx 4 hours and 10 minutes and cart lady is friendly and very visible. Downside is that course is need of some serious maintance, tee boxes are bare, bunkers are rocks, greens are bumpy and need attention. Would I go back, yes for $99
Greens were awful!
Worst condition Of all the courses I have played in Cabo!!
Amazing!!
I am still in awe of this course. Incredible views and location. The staff were so nice and amazing. Even if you have to rent clubs, do not miss playing here.
Fantastic Golf Course
Fantastic course with exceptional views and varied scenery with ocean, mountain, desert. Well maintained and clearly staff take pride in the course. Only challenge was sand on greens due to aeration. Food/beverage and course staff friendly and accomodating.
Beautiful!! But disappointing
I’ll star my review by saying this is absolutely the most beautiful course I’ve ever played! Excellent views on every tee box, lots of elevation change, beautiful foliage. But unfortunately the good stops here.
Kicking off the bad when we checked in the desk clerk informed us the greens were plugged and sanded “yesterday”. It’s very disappointing to pay so much per player on a course that you basically can’t putt on. Honestly the course should have been closed, or partial refund should have been given. Fairways were in decent shape, but not like the pictures. I can forgive some dry rough, but we didn’t see the green as expected. Lastly, the cart was very nice and premium, but the touted ‘GPS System’ would shut itself off every 5 minutes and wouldn’t even allow us to get through a full hole with any useful information.
Everyone was friendly, I just left mostly dissatisfied with the amount of money I paid, and the experience overall of the course condition. It’s not every day my wife and I get to play golf in Cabo, wish it would have been perfect! Or at least good.
Simply amazing! BREATH TAKING GOLF
Honestly, we came the first week of September and we’re told most of the trip would be ruined due to hurricanes off the coastlines, rain, etc.
We had a tee time at 11:30a and showed up at the course like crazy people still ready to play.
At first we started out hoping for at least 9 holes. We blew through pretty quick until we got to hole 5. On hole 5 (one of the most beautiful holes I’ve ever seen and goes to the beach) we started catching rain so we hid under the bridge for about 15 mins.
Hole 3 be prepared to take your camera with you to the tee box (if playing gold and black tees).
Hole 5 have your camera/buddy film!
The back 9 has some picturesque holes as well. Honestly one of the most fun rounds of gold despite the weather. Using the GPS on the golf carts there’s several holes you can cut corners on shot wise and then some dead straight
Greens roll good maybe 10/11 for how wet it was. I can only imagine dry/summer. Fairways and tees boxes were prestige as well.
I will definitely be coming back to Cabo real and bringing everyone with me!

Great Golf Experience
Was only able to play 15 holes due to weather. Had a great time! Would definitely play again
Excellent course; great shape for a hot summer!
Great course…. For the summer months the course was in great condition.
I was disappointed in the cost to rent clubs though, $65usd.
But overall I enjoyed my round greatly.
Tee off specials
I always enjoy it here. Friendly service and good layout. Ocean views and good greens to putt on
Cabo Real Challenges
Nice staff and course conditions. The price of club rentals and refreshments are pretty steep, but hey - it’s a vacation. Callaway Maverik set was $65. Test the driver at the range before teeing it up. They handed me a driver that was tuned down 1deg of loft and compensating for two steps of a draw - I asked them to reset to factory settings and they did - 2 minutes.
Some holes require you to pick your most accurate club off the tee. 18 is ridiculously narrow from whites at 220 and blues at 250 yards. A tip: hit from the tips and leave yourself about 170 over the water (or right) on your approach. Otherwise, best of luck!
Green fees were $115 with tax and fees using GolfNow special rate.
We live on a golf course in northern California and play 2-3 times per week. This was a fun course, not a wide-open and forgiving “resort” course, but I’ll take another crack at this course taking less than driver off the tee on a few holes.
Cabo real
Definitely put this on your list #5 is one of the most photographed holes in the world!
Worth the money
My son is a professional golfer and I am a two handicap. The course was a fantastic value for the money. We realized it is off-season, however… The staff was fantastic, the shrimp tacos were out of this world and the course was in good condition. The tea boxes were a little beat up due to over seating, but the course played fast. I gave it big thumbs up.
Beautiful course, good value, friendly staff
Course was in good shape. Beautiful views, carts and rental equipment were in good condition.
We teed off at 1130 and it was a scorcher out there until the back nine which was more in the mountains.
They provide all the cold bottled water you want and cold towels for your neck to cool off.
Definitely recommend.
Beautiful yet challenging Course
We really enjoyed Cabo Real. The back 9 has a few challenges but the views make up for it! The staff was very friendly and professional. We enjoyed our game!
Fun course
Course was fun. Rented clubs, for sure were not the best. My 5 iron was shorter than all other irons. Course layout is great, good views. Course itself had seen better days. It was very dry, and burnt up. But maybe just due to it being late July.
Feedback
Muy seco el campo
Te cobran renta de bastones y no tienen variedad (solo tenían regulares), además de muy viejos
En general de regular a malo
