About Legacy Golf Resort
Legacy Golf Resort, operated by Shell Holidays, is located just south of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. This resort features the 18-hole Legacy Golf Club, designed by Gary Panks and home to a full practice facility and golf instruction and academy. The resort features 328 suites set in a Spanish mission-style theme and units feature either kitchens or kitchenettes, washer-dryers, patios or balconies and large living areas. There is an outdoor pool with cabanas and an outdoor bar, tennis courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, BBQ area and children's playground. Dining is available at the golf club.Facts

Great track for being in city
Despite being surrounded by housing Legacy doesn’t feel too much in the city. The layout and design is great and the conditions are superb. Great practice area, clubhouse and shop as well. Greens roll fast and true. Bunkering is perfectly placed to be challenging but avoidable with a good shot. Overall a very enjoyable experience for all handicaps. Nice that singles can get a cart without having to pay extra. Helps keep the game safe and sets a good example. Thanks Legacy.

Great value for the money. This is a beautiful course and in excellent condition‘. Fairways are nice and greens are fast. It would be great if they had better course markings or GPS. Bring a GPS watch or finder.

Good course had a good time. Pro shop/club house is definitely dated but overall had a good time and course was chill

Love playing here!
This is a fun track. The course was is excellent condition especially having come through overseed a few weeks ago. Cart path only is no longer in effect. Pace of play was fine until the back nine. Bunkers were generally in good shape but with COVID protocol, there were no rakes; that’s not a criticism-it’s just how it almost everywhere. We will definitely be back!

Great location
The entrance fountain and landscaping was inviting with warmth. The course was well maintained as the layout is well predictable. A nice course close to the city.
