About Mirbeau Inn & Spa Plymouth
The Mirbeau Inn & Spa Plymouth is located in the historic town housing Plymouth Rock at the gateway to the Cape. The 50-room French manor house combines the amenities of a world-class spa, elegant dining and the privacy and service of living on an estate. The inn and spa buildings are decorated by monet ponds gardens and warm landscaping reminiscent of the countryside near Paris. Mirabeau, loosely translated as “reflected beauty”, is adjacent to the Jack Nicklaus course at the Pinehills Golf Club. The Pinehills golf community is also home to a Rees Jones course, forming one of the top 36-hole clubs in New England. Historic Plymouth is a great destination for families with Plimoth Plantation, museums, monuments, whale watching, horseback riding, dinner cruises, fishing, boating and sightseeing.Facts

Reese Jones Masterpiece!
I play golf 2 times a week in the south shore & metro Boston area, wish I lived in Plymouth. This was by far the best & toughest layout I have faced this year. I played the Reese Jones 18, because I am a low handicap, & want a challenge. Definitely got one on this beautiful course. Elevation changes, right fairways& well placed huge bunkers, make this a shot makers paradise. Only wish I had played here before the greens were aerated, I am sure they must putt well. The staff get an A for their genuine kindness. If I had 1 course to play again this year, DEFINITELY would be PINE HILLS , the JONES 18!
This is the best golf course in massachusetts
This is the best golf course in massachusetts, best all around customer service and always a very pleasnt environment.
Outstanding
First Class from start to finish. Highly recommend the experience.
Nice but tough
Course too hard for many golfers. Pace of play too slow
Pinehills always delivers
I've played both theJones and Nicklaus courses several times. The tracks are never in anything less than very good shape and usually are closer to 'stellar'
I tend to play on some sort of deal since the full price is a bit heavy for my wallet.
But for that full price they certainly deliver the "member for a day" level experience they market.
Both courses are fun, interesting and challenging for any level golfer - the "easy" tees clock in at a respectable 127 slope which is plenty for this 15-handicapper.
And both are flat out beautiful visually.
Practice facilities are awesome- unlimited range balls (before and after rounds) bunkers, 2 putting greens.
Little bit of a snooty attitude in the Pro shop (for some that may be a feature, not a bug) but everyone else - starter, ranger, cart boys - are very friendly.
Teed off at 7:05 done by 10:30.
A great day just off of Cape Cod
My wife and I played both courses at Pinehills Golf Club in the span of three days. Both courses are great fun to play. The Nicklaus course is probably a bit easier but both are in great shape and very scenically pleasing.
You get a private club feeling even if you are not a member. The clubhouse is beautiful with a nice dining facility. There is a practice area that you can use that will allow you to warm up properly.
All aspects of the course maintenance on both courses are first class. i wish golfers would take better care of the courses but despite the beating the courses take they are maintained nicely. The greens were wonderful. The rough is tough so stay in the fairways. The design allows you room to play but missing a fairway will challenge you ability to play from a lush rough. plenty of elevation changes to make the course interesting throughout the round.
I rate the facility as very high quality
One of finest courses in New England, never disappoint you.
Pinehills- Jones course
A very enjoyable course in excellent condition. The back tees are fair and you need length and accuracy to score well. Although the course is public, the staff services all the players like a fine resort. The restaurant has good food with reasonable pricing. This course is tougher than the Pinehills- Nicklaus but both are equally fair. I recommend playing both.
Lovely course, great staff
Played on a wet Tuesday morning so not the busiest, the range (free) was available and I was able to get a hot drink to go. Starter was cheery despite the weather. Course was wet, lots of rain from night before, but carts were allowed on fairway. Ball rolled ok and the greens were in fairly good shape (guys, fix your plug marks please) bunkers were good. Got a good deal thru golf now, enjoyed the course and will be back before the end of season.
Greatcourse, slow pace
Tee time 3:15, played as a single, very discounted price, but had to wait every teebox. Followed a 3-some who followed a 4-some who followed.... one hour 50 min to play front, didn't finish the back.
Pinehills GC
The course was amazing as far as conditions and layout. Practice facilities were awesome. The only complaint is the carts did not have GPS or sand to fill divots. I think for a $120 greens fee they should have both of those.
Impressive
This course is just plain impressive, manicured immaculately, challenging layout without being impossible to score well , definitely a must play course for any serious New England golfer
Play smart
Don't seek the pins cause if you do be ready for a big score . And play with someone that knows the course.
Great layout
I always have a great time at pine hills. Great course and layout.
Great golf round
Gorgeous day for golf on a beautiful layout. We have played here a half of a dozen times and it's always a pleasure. Course conditions are always fabulous! The pace of play was terrific even for a a Sunday! Always a great day to play at Pinehills.
