Good course, good price.
There are 2 or 3 goofy holes, but the rest of the course is laid out well and it is always in good shape. Probably top 5 courses in the area for under $30.
Beautiful view
Love the course, but because of the weather that day the golf card weren't allowed... Wish somehow I know it when book TT. Tks
Eagle Crest golf course
The course was in great shape, But we were told until we got there, that hole 10, 11 and 12 were closed.
I was not very happy, and how they tried to justify it was by saying it was unlimited golf!!
They didn't manage the course at all so it was a free for all people jumping in front of you on every hole!!
The fact that we had 2 guys that somehow thought it was okay to hit into us not once, but three times almost caused an altercation!!
Don't think I will be going back to the fact that they we not truthful that the course was under repair!!
Under construction
Two holes (10 and 12) were under construction so holes 10-12 were shut down. Didn't know this when I signed up. Still, for $25 it was a great value. This is one of the best courses I've played this year. I wish all courses' greens were this fast and true. Play was slower than I expected given that we teed off at 8:30 on a cold morning. I felt like we should have been able to play the front nine in under two hours but it was about 2:15 and we waited on a lot of shots. Some of the people playing the course shouldn't have been out there as they didn't have the skill level to play this course. And that's coming from someone who's not a great golfer (90-105).
Eagle's Crest -- One of our Favorites!
My husband and I played 18 holes at Eagle's Crest on Monday, Oct. 13. The rain clouds disappeared, the sun tried to come out and the course was absolutely beautiful. The leaves were changing colors, however, we were so impressed that there weren't hardly any leaves on the course. My husband is a much better golfer than I am. The back nine is definitely tougher than the front nine, but well worth playing any day!!
Excellent layout.
I had not played here in 15 yrs but it is truely a must play course, great layout. The only downfall by going through Golfnow.com is that they didn't inform us of the 3 hole renovation, but they did give you the option to play unlimited golf, so many players having this option kind of backed everything up a little.
Short, but challenging
Had a great time. Was paired up with two other guys and we enjoyed the round thoroughly. Course is short, but multiple water hazards and bunkers, with tight fairways, make shot making a premium. A very cool, windy day added to the challenge to score well. Beautiful views, very fast greens and lush fairways make this a great course to play.
Fall golf
Course was great for fall golf weather conditions. Greens were rolling true and fast for October in michigan.
Excellent conditions, very fast & tru greens
One of the best courses around, a hidden gem. A definite must play, and rates on golfnow are a definite plus. Make sure to roll a couple of putts before you go out. Excellent range as well, but must pay for balls.
Annual outing
Our group plays once a year and we pick different courses to play. This course provided another great time. Especially when a hole in one occurs for a member in the gorup!
Beautiful course.
We walked it this time...... The course wore me out, but I enjoyed it. Great view and layout. Greens rolled true.
Great course even in the rain!
The course got hit hard with rain just as i teed off and still a very enjoyable round. The layout is awesome with challenging par 4's and long par 3's. For the price, I would play this course twice a day!!
Very Nice layout
First time playing course. Staff was extremely nice and very helpful. Course was in great shape and really enjoyed the round. Would go back anytime!!
Fast Greens
We played in under 4 hours. The greens were fastyu
slow slow slow
Where do I begin? The course warrants a starter, but not course Rangers. Started my round around 5 PM made it to the 13th hole before I couldn't see. The rate of play was headed in the 5-6 hour range. They were also shooting engagement photos around the course which don't get me wrong is cool but not when I'm waiting 10-15 minutes to hit my approach shot because you on the green. Make sure the rest of your day is free and make a tee time before 3pm or you are not finishing your round.
Best Course in Metro Area by far !!!
This is my favorite course in MI. Great Rates and always in awesome condition along w/ being consistent.
Excellent Course
Great Golf Course with nice fairways and views. Greens are true and quick making it easy to make putts.
Must Play again soon.
Course was in excellent shape. Greens were in outstanding condition. Bunkers were the only disappointment--very hard. Starting on the back nine, not sure why, was making good time until we turned the corner. Everything slowed down to a grinding halt making it very frustrating. Out nowhere there were several groups in front of us. What would have easily been a 4 1/2 round or less, turned into a 5 hour round. Other than that the staff was excellent. Will certainly play again soon.
Great views
Love this course! Greens were a bit beat up but we played late in the day so, free pass. Very challenging, plenty of trouble. Played as a twosome and couldn't get the slow foursome to let us pass, after we skipped them at the turn pace was fine.
Course is getting better
Course is getting in better shape. The green fees are a bit high. Without GolfNow discount I would play elsewhere. A fun course to play as long as they aren't completely booked this course is known to play 5 hours plus which is no fun.
