Put-in-Bay, a village on South Bass Island in Lake Erie accessible only by ferry, is known as a family getaway of resorts and lakefront rentals that gets a little rowdy after dark, attracting college students and bachelor and bachelorette parties. The Saunders Cottages and Golf Course sits on the west side of Put-in-Bay far enough away from the downtown activities for peace, quiet and beautiful sunsets. Saunders sports two- and three-bedroom cottages rented by the week from Memorial Day to Labor Day and on weekends during the off-season. The nine-hole par 3 course is free for registered guests and open to the public.Facts

We come to put-in-bay every year and always play this awesome fun course. Most unusual, NOT the most Pristine course ever, holes on greens haven’t been trimmed in months. Quite a challenge. We have a great time at a fun course, costs only between 8to 10.00 dollars including rental clubs that are well used. Golf balls are only .50 cents each,(well used of course) we love it, It’s tradition!!!
