Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort is located just north of San Antonio, a 20-minute drive from downtown, Alamo and Riverwalk. The resort sits on 300 acres of peaceful ranch land and features a 27-hole golf course. Beyond golf, there are biking and walking trails, sand volleyball, tennis and evening s'mores around the campfire. For water sports, there is a 5-acre water park complete with a Texas-shaped pool and two-story waterslide, as well as a FlowRider wave machine. For relaxation, the resort offers the Windflower Hill County Resort and Spa.Facts

This is a resort???
I cannot imagine being a paying guest at this "resort" course. The condition of the course is on par with any mid-range daily fee facility.
This starter is notorious - easily the worst, most ineffective and rude starter at any resort in Central TX. Clueless and obnoxious is a bad combo. By the way - my name is right on your sheet. No need to refer to me as "you."
I played Lakes to Creeks. Lakes is far superior to the scruffy Creeks. Lakes is a better layout as well.
The practice facility is quite good - kudos there.
Nice pro shop with friendly, engaging personnel - how this starter fits in with this otherwise outstanding group is a mystery.
Pros: Excellent pace of play. Great practice area. Fine pro shop.
Cons: Average layout. Mediocre conditions. Shabby greens

Greens a little bumpy
Seems like the greens are a little bumpy. Once they roll them...should be pure.

Great Father's day
Reserve tee time for my brothers and my dad for Father's day weekend. we had one of the best times we've ever had playing golf. The home course layout is beautiful. The course is extremely challenging and well-maintained. I did not stay at the Hyatt hotel but if you have a chance to stay and laying off you will be doing yourself a great honor.

Very beautiful golf course!
This golf course is beautiful and challenging. If you can’t hit straight, bring lots of balls. The greens we’re a bit slow, but very tricky. I thoroughly enjoyed playing the course, overall it is meticulously maintained and a beautiful place to spend the day.

Course was in great shape, greens had some spots on them, but understandable given amount of rain. Would definitely return.

Special Course
Found a gem of a golf track in central Texas. 27 great holes. Greens were fast but nearly perfect. Fairways were like a carpet. Very forgiving if you don’t quite hit your shots straight. Will be playing it again.

Tough but fun
Overall, the course is very well maintained except for a few dead spots on one or two greens that I noticed. It also would be nice if the native rough would be trimmed back more so that it would be easier to find a lost ball haha. Water coolers are pretty much at every other hole which is a big plus when the Texas heat kicks in. Fairways are tight so aim is key.

Good Resort Course
If you are traveling to San Antonio to visit Sea World you'll want to bring your clubs and play this course. There are 27 holes that are fair and challenging.

Want to play a round of golf in San Antonio where you can actually putt and tha ball rolls on grass and not dirt. Go play this course

Great place to golf
Hill country golf course is one of the best facility to play in the west side. All four of us were playing for the first here and enjoyed greatly. Can’t wait to go back.
