Shenvalee Golf Resort

This course is always in great shape one of my favorite places to play. I drive 100 miles every time just to go out and play this course. Love it.

Being playing this course once a year for 20 years. My group always looks forward to playing all 3 nines at Shenvalee. Great course and highly recommend.

The course hard to review was wet from dew , the greens where wet caused them to be slower. The staff is the gem from pro shop.to starter all.supper nice and helpful. I explained never played there and they guided on where to go and when. The course creek is wide open and the olde course more shot placement needed if never played. The next time I will stay on property older resort but looked nice.

Large greens, well kept fairways. Rough a little thick with clover, but that’s why you should be in the fairways!

We played the Miller and Olde nines. Bothe has some good challenges. The greens were outstanding and very true. It’s important to stay on the fairways, as the rough is thick and can swallow a ball right up. The driving range is also unique as there are target panels between 40 and 100 yard to challenge your chipping skills

My wife and I stopped to play 18 holes while on vacation in the area. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the place was simply stunning! Beautiful course, open fairways and full of surprises. We opted to walk the course which was a great choice for us but may not be for some as some hills are a force to be reckoned with. All in all, a beautiful day on a beautiful course, meeting some fantastic people who work there!

Course was nice! Staff was rude. Was 10-15 minutes early and staff said they were about to mark us off for the day. Another guy was 20 minutes late but was allowed to play because he was a regular..

Could be the worst course conditions I've ever seen for a course not undergoing a renovation. Probably the worst conditioned course in the Shenandoah Valley (yes worse than Packsaddle). The par $5 par 3 in the town of Bridgewater is better currently (Sandy Bottom park). I've never seen this place like this not sure if its new management or lack of help but its poor. On the bright side the Miller Grille is fantastic, good people and good good food.

This course is currently in pretty bad shape. The fairways are missing large areas of grass and the tee boxes are like concrete. The one positive is if you fly the ball onto the green, it does tend to stick.

Played here many times. This time the course was in the worst condition I’ve seen. Fairways were burnt up. The greens had awful spots all over them. The tee boxes were awful and ground was so hard you could t put a tee in the ground.

The course, overall, was beautiful. It was very scenic and had really nice views of the Shenandoah Valley. The tee boxes were in need of some care. We were backed up on the front nine, but not so much on the back. We were a little confused on some of the holes as to where the green was, but fortunately we were playing with another couple who had played here before.

It was a fun course and will look forward to playing it again.
