The Wilderness is the premier golf and waterpark destination in the Wisconsin Dells. The Wilderness Hotel & Golf Resort features 444 guest rooms, 40 vacation villas, 76 condos and 35 cabins. Nearby, the Wilderness on the Lake includes 108 luxury two- and three-bedrooms overlooking Lake Delton, and Glacier Canyon Lodge features 460 upscale condo units. Restaurants range from the Thirsty Buffalo Saloon and Survivor’s Bar & Grill to various grab and go options at the indoor and outdoor waterparks. Terribly Slow Play
We were told the scheduling program messed up and three groups showed up to play that didn't have a tee time.. They were all inserted right before our tee time. Our tee time was 9:00am and we didn't tee off until 9:30am. The round was then extremely slow and took over 5 hours. Waited on every hole to hit. Very unpleasant round of golf. Very disappointed in Wild Rock. We make a point to play Wild Rock every summer but the round was disappointing. The late start and pace of play took much of the enjoyment out of the round.
Great course with terrific views
The course was in great shape and the staff was outstanding. Will definitely be playing here again

I played the links at Lawsonia the day after I played here, and WILD ROCK is BETTER for sure!
Lawsonia is nice, but this isn’t even in the same league

In my estimation this golf course rates in the top five in the state of Wisconsin that you can you can get on as a public golf course.
This golf course ranks right up there with the Kohler courses, Sand Valley courses , Erin Hills and any other public course that you can get on in the state of Wisconsin trust me on this you have to see this course to believe it.
MUST PLAY
Course conditions are about as pure as they come.
Greens are fast, yet receptive.
Lots of elevated tees, and great views.
Noticed the yardages on the gps were off quite a bit in some areas, Doubt most people can tell, but deff something that will bother a low handicapper.
Also if you are considering playing cold water canyon, DONT. Play here twice! Thank me later!
Bomber's Delight
Widest most luscious bent grass fairways I've ever encountered. Likewise with the greens! Such a gorgeous layout to boot! One of my favorite courses ever.
Too bad it was wet.
Everything was great just unfortunately the fairways were awful wet which made approaches to the greens difficult.
Everything else was great about the course would do it again.
Great course.
Great course for money . 100's of deer on course. Fun to play
