The Wilderness is the premier golf and waterpark destination in the Wisconsin Dells. The Wilderness Hotel & Golf Resort features 444 guest rooms, 40 vacation villas, 76 condos and 35 cabins. Nearby, the Wilderness on the Lake includes 108 luxury two- and three-bedrooms overlooking Lake Delton, and Glacier Canyon Lodge features 460 upscale condo units. Restaurants range from the Thirsty Buffalo Saloon and Survivor’s Bar & Grill to various grab and go options at the indoor and outdoor waterparks. Nice layout but got lost from 8 green to 9 tee. Kind of liked the 3-par 4 holes mixed with the 6 par 3 holes😎 For all the rain we had the day before it played well. Couple bunkers had water in yet from rain. Staff very friendly

Beautiful course and the greens were super challenging.
Glad I was with my husband because it did not feel welcoming for women - the pro shop zero items for girls and the bar crowded with shouting men avoiding going home to their wives

They must have recently added undulation to the greens and 40% of each green can't have a pin. What a terrible mistake. We go every year and now we won't go back.

Great course at a reasonable price
Wild Rock is my favorite course in WI. I drive two hours each way twice a year to play it. The layout has lots of change in elevation, lots of variety in holes, and is just fun to play. There are five sets of tees along plus two hybrids combining the front three sets.
My only concerns, if you want to call them as such, are that they have always over-watered the course, and a few greens were a little thin, showing soft spike marks from previous groups.
I’ll definitely be back next year!
