Great Course—we absolutely loved playing here!
Hapuna is a beautiful course! The staff are so friendly and we absolutely loved our time here. We arrived early—there’s putting, chipping and a range to warm up. We were able to get out a little before our tee time and just go ourselves a twosome which was great! We never had to wait at a hole for another group. The course itself was beautiful, well manicured and lots of fun—challenging and rewarding with views.
We’ll definitely be back again!
Great Day on The Big Island
Coming from California where the courses are plentiful, this course is GREAT in comparison, we had a blast playing and with GREAT ocean views.
Wonderful Golf Course
Hapuna is a gem. It’s a great course in great condition and fun to play.
Windy
Nice course in great condition. Got extremely windy. Staff is great. No restaurants or bars any where in the area around the facilities
No Wind
No wind made for an enjoyable round. Greens fantastic. The only downside was Gps pin locations were not set to that days actual pin positions.
Windy
A nice course with the best greens in Puaco but when the wind is blowing it can be tough just to address your ball.
Course in great shape.
Everything was great besides that I never saw the beverage cart attendant. I do realize I tee off after 2:30pm Wide open! But no cold beer!. Next time!
Challenging with Great Ocean Views
Gets a bit windy with challenging and interesting holes and lots of elevation changes. Great ocean views! Highly recommended!
Hidden gem
Nice course for all golf abilities. Enjoyed this as much as some of the higher priced courses on the water.
Very slow pace of play!
Everything fine EXCEPT pace of play which was abysmal:
5 hours to play 18 is unacceptable.
The course needs a marshall!!
A good day on the links!
Enjoyed my day at hapuna. Course in the best shape I have ever seen it!
