About Reynolds Lake Oconee

Georgia's Reynolds Lake Oconee is one of the premier residential communities in the United States. Located about 80 miles from both Atlanta and Augusta, it enjoys a peaceful setting while still providing its guests and residents an active and engaged lifestyle with all the recreational and culinary amenities befitting a world-class private club. With 117 holes of golf spread across six signature golf courses designed by Rees Jones, Tom Fazio, Jack Nicklaus, Bob Cupp and Jim Engh, Reynolds Lake Oconee is as comprehensive a golf community as you will find anywhere. The Jack Nicklaus Signature design at Great Waters is one of the most beloved courses in Georgia, with nine holes playing along the shores of Lake Oconee. Great Waters is in the midst of a comprehensive reinvention project that will elevate the course even further. Rees Jones' Oconee course is another gem, with several memorable holes of its own, including the long par-4 18th beside Lake Oconee. The Creek Club, designed by Jim Engh, is the community's Member-only private course, with a distinctive look and level of playability that makes it one of the most fun courses in the South. Tom Fazio's 27-hole National course and Bob Cupp's Preserve and Landing courses round out the golf offerings.

But golf is only part of the equation at Reynolds Lake Oconee. Naturally, lake activities are popular, with fishing, water-skiing and paddleboarding comprising just some of the possibilities. Four marinas provide Members with ample space to house their own private watercraft.
