Nice public option
Had a great day at Norwich. Course is challenging and well laid out. As a first timer, you will find some blind shots that will potentially get you in trouble. Wasn’t real happy with the type of sand in the bunkers. Lots of bare spots around, but most of the time they shouldn’t come in to play. Greens were rolling nicely. Overall a great day at a fair price. But one waning…. It’s a very tough course to walk, and unless you are in really good shape, or have a remote cart and want to take a nice, hilly walk, I’d recommend going for a ride.
Great Course and Layout.. Pace of Play Issues
Great course and layout. Only issue was pace of play. Id suggest long hitters off the tee stay away from this track. Short 4 pars hold up play as there were multiple times i had to club down off the tee just to move things along instead of waiting for the group in front of us to hit their 3rd or 4th shot to clear the fairway or front of the green.
I am all for having a place "anyone" can come and play but pace of play needs to be enforced.
Plan for a 4.5-5 hr round.

Course has an interesting with many blind shots. Tee boxes could be in better shape. Pace was good but it was Mother's day. Food excellent.
This place tries hard
This place tries hard , you can tell by the conditions. The layout is good ,, choose the correct shot ,, , greens are in good shape ,, fairways good
Second time
A bit slow but not too bad. Greens and fairways were in great shape. I’d come back and would recommend this course to others. I’d recommend a cart as its hilly and walking would be tough for 18.
No narrow here
Too narrow a course for my game and very unforgiving. Couple that with extremely slow play, and you have a less than desirable experience. Staff was great however, as was the restaurant/bar. We were happy to finish and sit down with an adult beverage after this round.
Very Enjoyable
Fairways and greens were quite good. Pace of play was amazing. No waiting and not pressured from behind. Some of the cart paths need a lot of work. A bit of a rough ride in spots.
