Needs improvement
Many greens and fringes were in poor shape as were sections of pathways. I expected better course conditions for the price paid. I enjoyed the generous fairways. Pace of play was 5 hours.
Not worth the money
I played here on a Thursday. Pace of play was disappointing. Even a golf employee stated the same. Two bachelor parties were playing. The starter allowed groups of 8 to play as a single group.
The greens inn the front nine were in bad condition. No warning was given.
Rest of the course was fine. Staff was friendly and everything was clean. It had a nice layout
Pure crap
The worst condition on any course I have Ever played in my 65 years of playing golf!
They should pay you to play it!
Not Worth The Money
The greens on the front 9 were TERRIBLE! There was so much “junk grass” in the greens you had no idea what the putts were going to do or how to judge the speed. The back 9 was in much better shape and most of the greens didn’t have issues though 15 was bad like the front. Definitely way over priced for the condition of the course.
Tough conditions
Course is clearly ready fior overseeding. Conditions were not good. Great layout, just very poor condition.
Half way house closed and only 1 cart girl for a $100 round I expect better food and beverage service on the course we saw beverage cart only once per 9 holes and with halfway house closed at turn at 11:30 am just a little disappointing
Not close to worth it
This is the worst value I have ever gotten in any state for a round of golf. I’m honestly insulted they would even take my money. I have played TONS of golf in Arizona and California, and this was just flat out a rip off. I played Quintero for less money than this course in the winter last year. To pay $125 in the dead of summer for this course was inexcusable. WHAT A JOKE
Easy Course with Nice Views
Not a bad course. The general layout was good and you’ll see some nice houses on your way to each hole. Overall, the price was a little too much for what you get. You should definitely go during the cheaper hours or find a hot deal.
Price is too high
The course is a decent track, not in bad shape by any means but lacks anything special other than the views. A lot of short straight holes, no carries or elevation. Course is on small acreage so the holes are on top of each other. Par 3s are all 7 iron or less, didn't miss a green today. There's just a lot more value elsewhere, they price like this is a gem, it just isn't.
First man out
Played early AM and I hadn’t played on wet greens for years so I never could make the adjustment. No fair for me to accurately rate the greens but they seemed to be pretty true for the most part. Course is wide open and ripe for good scorers so I suspect a round here in the right conditions AKA not wet greens could be lots of fun. The only real negative I have is the cost. This is not a rip off by any means but may not be worth $100.00. All that being said I would play again for the right price.
Cheers
Nice open friendly course.
Caught it at the right time . Course is forgiving enough for the average golfer. Price was right fairways fresh cut greens a little slow but fair. Would play again.
Biltmore Adobe
Pleasant day on the course and finished our round in just over three hours….greens were a touch slow otherwise a great track! ⛳️
Open Fairways
This course was very forgiving. The fairways were not taken care of on the greens were in bad shape. For $75 in August I would expect the course to be kept up better.
