Danger!! Bring your own water!! No cart service after 10:30AM!!
It was 97 degrees and there was no beverage cart service at all from our tee time at 10:45 to the end at 3PM!! This is dangerous!! Dehydration is a serious concern here in the desert!! They told us the cart lady takes off at noon because" there are no golfers in the afternoon". We never saw her at all!!We were stacked up all afternoon!! People were still going out after we got done! This is irresponsible!!
Fast Round
I like this course. Starte early which was a novelty as it is usually busy.
The green condition was not good
Tee-off was at 9:20 AM. The fairway was damp in some areas, and there were marks on the green where someone had struck down. The hole cups also showed signs of being disturbed by someone
Az golf review
I played this course once or twice every year for the last 30 years. Hasn't changed much but for the price it's ok.
Horrible course
This course has a lot of potential. Open and nice layout for the fairways, although the grass is all in horrible condition. The fairways are worse than elementary school grass. The pace of play is also super slow. We waited 10 minutes every hole to tee off and also had multiple groups behind us waiting as well. I would never go to this course and would rate it horribly.
Course Must Be Broke
When we arrived, there were about 20 golfers standing around the Bag Drop. The Marshal told us that the Golf Club had not paid the rent on 12 carts and the cart company just picked up the carts. We waited an hour for a cart. This course is one of the worst we have ever played. I do not expect them to make it through the Summer.
Not great condition
Greens were very good. Fairways not so much. A lot of dirt. Finished at 10 and restaurant wasn’t open yet. Disappointed!
Terrible consumer services
I was on a bachelor party trip and booked 4 tee times. Unfortunately the gentlemen I was cancelled on playing and we ended up cancelling. We canceled 15 hours before tee time, on a Saturday. I 100 percent believe they filled the slots without issue. Ultimately they did not refund me and I was personally screwed out of 1500 dollars. I understand the 24 hours in advance rule but to take that amount money without any remorse is terrible. I take ownership of the later than wanted cancellation but I do believe even a partial refund would have left a better taste. I’m from New York which is a crappy place but I never expected this kind of treatment in a state I love, Arizona. Also I played two other courses with my pops while we were there and we absolutely loved them! I’d personally just avoid this course.
Pass On Golden Hills
The Manager hadn't paid the cart company rent for 12 golf carts so the company came over just before our Tee Time and took the carts which left golfers with an hour delay waiting for carts to come in. The course is a mess. We missed a Tee Time at another course so thought we would try this one. Big Mistake.
Windy Wednesday
When we teed off the wind was blowing hard and gusting made it difficult. It subsided mid round and made the remainder of the round pleasurable. Some of the fairways had bare spots and when the wind blew it created lots of dust. I have to say that the course is in much better shape than it was a year ago. I'll come back and play this course again.
Course was in horrible shape.
The condition of the course was not worth the $75 green fees.
