Very surprised
The course was in very good condition for this time of year in the desert. The greens wee true and the fairways had a lot of grass on them.

Course looking good
Considering the course looked horrible about 2 weeks ago due to seeding, the greens looked and felt really good on this last outing.
I’d recommend this course

Exceptional public course, good pace of play
This is the best public course around, great value and golfing experience. Pace of play was great, we only had to wait on the last few holes and finished around 4 hours. The Cañada course is challenging and fun, with lots of slopes and elevation.

Great pace of play
We joined up with two other players and we’re still able to play under 4 hours. Very hot day in Tucson but lots of water on course and cart service available several times during the round.
