El Conquistador Golf & Tennis - Conquistador Course

The course was in good shape. Still a little bumpy on the greens.

It’s Arizona golf during the summer. Greens were solid after being punched. Fairways were solid. Anything off fairways wasn’t easy and it is a tighter course. Keep the ball in play and stop complaining. For 35 dollars I was pleased.

way too slow, bunkers are mud, greens recently punched are slow and bumpy.

Bunkers god but not great. Too many pebbles. Post aeration

Should institute a ban on people playing music through their phone. We got matched up with a golfer who had poor etiquette, smoked, talked too much and had music. Maybe he'll read this review.

The course needs signage between holes. If one is not familiar with course, it is not always obvious where the next hole is. We had a twosome in front of us who waited to hit in most holes until the people in front were putting although they could not hit very far

Nice golf course. Good layout. Free range balls is nice.

Course was in very good shape, with the exception of the sand traps, they are like gravel pits, very poor. Course staff at bag drop is hit or miss, this round one one there at cart drop off at completion of play. Pro shop and starter very efficient and courteous.

Great day for golf. Met some great new people and enjoyed a good pace to finish the round around 4 hours. Good to see marshals out on the course occasionally but not too often.

Very interesting, challenging layout with excellent, speedy greens. At 5700 yards though, the white tees played really long because the majority of the greens were steeply elevated. And while the traps were nicely manicured, there was very little sand….tough to play from around the green.drinking water was available at several tee boxes.We played the El Conquistador track as opposed to Canada layout. Will definitely go back and give that side a try.
