About El Conquistador Tucson, A Hilton Resort
The El Conquistador Tucson, A Hilton Resort, is one of the destination's most historic golf resorts, dating back to 1928. It is also one of the largest for golf with two 18-hole courses and an additional 9-hole Pusch X short course that plays 2,700 yards. The AAA property features five pools, including one with a waterslide, as well as lighted tennis courts. Resort activities feature water aerobics, yoga and nature walks on nearby trails. For families, there is a kids club for ages 4-12. Among the 427 rooms are 1, 2 and 3-bedroom casita suites with separate living and dining rooms, swimming pool and hot tubs. The resort is adjacent to the El Conquistador Golf & Tennis, a semi-private club whose courses were built in the 1980s. It is managed by Troon Golf with a First Tee and PGA Junior League program.Facts

Course was in great shape, greens could be rolled a little more but great condition. First time playing this course so it was a bit more of a challenge going from hole to hole. Club staff was good and the starter was very helpful and friendly . Will definitely play again.

Course in fairly good shapes. Would like to see if could get some newer range balls to hit.

Nice Canyon style course
Course is in excellent shape. One recommendation would be to add GPS to the golf carts.
Person working the front desk did not honor my prepaid tee time booked through GolfNow
When checking in the two employees who were also golf instructors for the course lied to me and said that my GolfNow prepaid reservation wouldn’t be honored and that I would have pay three times the amount that I had already prepaid. These two guys couldn’t have more arrogant and rude. I refused to pay a second time, and at three times the cost. Ironically, I had played at this course a week earlier and had booked two rounds for this week as well.

This is a fun, challenging course jn a beautiful location. We love golfing here!
9 hole challenge
This is a very challenging course. Located amend, mountainous, terrain with some fairly extreme elevation changes sloped fairways, and sloped hilltop greens provide a very difficult. In unique golf experience I’m definitely going again to this course. The staff was very friendly. The parking is a little bit challenging because of limits but definitely try this place out and bring your short game.
Best shape with a great layout plays amazing
Tucson golf is the most spoiled I've ever seen. The courses are in great shape and play is showing it. The Canada course at El Conquistador is an amazing shape and with the fun layout it is playing better than ever.

The course is currently in the best shape I have seen this season. The greens particularly are freshly cut and rolling well.
Nice Place Friendly Staff
Price was right on GolfNow. Course was fun. Great place to practice since it’s narrow at times with many homes. Staff were super friendly and made the round wonderful.

Everything is looking good here. Minor slowness on the greens. Fairways are beautiful. Pace of play today was excellent!
