Hotel with history behind it!! Photo submitted by Shypoke55 on 04/22/2019
Pretty nice course
The fairways were in decent shape and the greens were in very good condition. If you were off the fairways though it was hard dirt. But overall the course was in very nice condition
Nice Course
Greens in excellent shape, as was the rest of the course. This is an interesting, fun course - not overly challenging but enough to have a good time.
Good condition
A few wet spots but overall the course was in good condition. Greens putted really well.
Course has nice layout
Course was in good condition and well groomed but there were several wet areas on the course.
Francisco Grande
I have played this course several times over the last 10 years. It is probably in the best condition that I have seen.
Greens were a little slow but rolled true.
Hope they can keep it up! Would like to play it again soon.
Rainy morning
Rained the first 5 holes then let up. The course played well under those conditions. Greens were in good shape
Great price using hot deal
T-time was early(7:45) so bit cool to start but course was in great shape, no delays on course. Managed to play 18 holes in 3 just under 3 hours. Greens, fairways in good shape. bit of water on fairways in spots due to watering but nothing too bad.
Will play here again as long as rates stay reasonable.
Good course but slow play due to block booking
Course was great(fast greens) but slow play (3 teams on a par 3) waited on each tee box up to 5-8 minutes. I would avoid booking any t-times after 10:00 AM on Thursdays due to this. Really need a marshal to keep the pace of play moving. No marshals on this course.
If group bookings are made would be good to know this in advance.
Not worth the drive
We drove out from the valley and we were not impressed. This course looks like it so stuck in the 60’s. The fairways were rough and lacked water the tee boxes were over grown and it looked liked the water in the wrong places as there were puddles everywhere. This was the 1st and last time I will play this course it was nothing special.
