Disappointed
My group was right behind a tournament. No one told us there was a tournament. There were no Marshall’s to move the groups along. My round needed up being 50 minutes extra. It was very frustrating to have to wait on every hole. I even called the pro shop but still didn’t see any Marshall.
So disappointed as I paid way more to specifically play this course then I normally pay. It took tHe fun out of playing. I do love the course.
Amazing as usual
Fast but true greens. Everything about this course is amazing and keeps me coming back
Loved the course and loved the staff.
Course was in great condition and the staff was very accommodating. I recommend this club and cannot wait to play it again.
Had a great time
Fun layout, lots of scoring chances. Great views and well taken care of facility. Staff is amazing, I felt very well taken care of. Will definitely be back, and I will bring some friends.
Interesting course
This was a links style course, not the usual desert course encountered in Phoenix area. It was a tight course, but the target landing zones were generous, and drives need to be "target golf" to take advantage. Several greens were tiered, some of which were not noticable from the fairway. Green books would be helpful for first time players. Starter offered no advice and seem annoyed to even be there. Otherwise staff was friendly. Greens were recently sanded but rolled true. Fairway bunkers were almost bare and greenside bunkers were sanded. Overall a fun course but not the usual desert style course. Pace of play was decent. Overall, a good golf experience.
Course in amazing conditions
This course had a links style which was a nice change for a desert course. On the other hand, this course has the best public course greens i have ever played. Will be back.
Sanded Greens
I love the course, but there’s ongoing maintenance and a few thousand pounds of sand on the greens. Paid about $150 to play and was ok with that, but not a penny more until they are past this stage of maintenance.
Good course
Very friendly staff. Course in great shape. Will visit again
Great course!
First time playing here. Course was in great shape. Awesome layout that is punishing on big misses but still gives you a room to work if you’re not hitting it your best. Practice facility was top notch and the clubhouse/amenities were fantastic. Also, the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Recommend!
Great Round, Just Windy
Enjoyed the course. It was unfortunate that a storm was moving in and the back nine was right into the wind! Beautiful course. Beautiful surroundings.
Very nice
A staff with a positive outlook. And engaged. No, that’s not why I golf, but it sure gets the round started on a plus. Sometimes that counts, especially on that first tee.
Course was immaculate - tee boxes, fairways, approaches, greens - impressive.
Great course. Beautiful setting.
The. Purse is beautiful, and the homes on the course are exceptionally nice. I played the Ambiente course, and the back nine was straight back into the wind (storm coming in). We had a great time playing into a 50 mph wind! We didn’t score well but had fun with the extra challenge!
