Legacy Golf Resort

The course is in great condition, I was surprised by both the fairways and the greens.

It’s a nice layout and the round moved along

The sod patches not maintained by ground crew came into play on too many holes sod was burnt

GPS in our cart did not work and we pay for it

Was given a comment by the men wiping down our clubs after the round said

"YEA IT'S NOT SUPPOSED TO WORK LIKE THAT"

& walked away not worth the $500 round Saturday really disappointing

Course is in pretty good hot weather conditions. Green are very decent and pretty fast. Bunkers as always not very good. Not much sand and hard as concrete. Some things never change! Overall though a pretty good golf course

Love the course. Course was in very good condition. Recommend playing Legacy when in town. Only issue we had were that that the bunkers had a thin layer of sand with hard pan underneath. Tough for the average player to hit out of.

Lives up to the meaning of Resort golf, course was in great shape for the fee, plays well, opportunity to score well, greens in great shape pin placement can be tough at time, can challenge the weekend warriors with ball above or below your feet, or off a slope, the only con is no sand in bunkers….

Given the intense AZ summer that we’ve experienced, The Legacy was in great shape, with level tees (a little sparse in places), good fairways, sand traps in good-to-fair condition, rough was playable, and greens in good speed and rolled well. Overall a good course and great value. Pace was 3:45, with me walking. Enjoy it while pricing is low.

The Legacy has nice course conditions (tee boxes, fairways, and greens), and is well designed .

This course is a gem in Phoenix. The conditions were impressive considering the summer heat. Every green was well managed, rolled very true and not super undulating. The bunkers are the courses hardest features. Massive fairway bunkers on a majority of the holes but aren’t positioned too difficult so it’s very fair. Only issue was the pace. The 4 some in front of us decided to get hammered and were messing around obnoxiously. The rangers were called but didn’t actually do anything so we had to just be at their mercy. Overall excellent course. Range balls included for the round was also good. Water every 3 holes as well so you could stay hydrated.
