About Legacy Golf Resort
Legacy Golf Resort, operated by Shell Holidays, is located just south of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. This resort features the 18-hole Legacy Golf Club, designed by Gary Panks and home to a full practice facility and golf instruction and academy. The resort features 328 suites set in a Spanish mission-style theme and units feature either kitchens or kitchenettes, washer-dryers, patios or balconies and large living areas. There is an outdoor pool with cabanas and an outdoor bar, tennis courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, BBQ area and children's playground. Dining is available at the golf club.Facts

Excellent
Course was in great shape. Greens rolled true and fairways played great. Would definitely go back.
Single quick pickup
Starter was able to get me attached to an earlier group of 3 that weren't together
A short sided decision to go play
Fantastic golf course. Bunkers need some tlc but the rest was fantastic. Staff were friendly and accommodating from first encounter at the bag drop to the proshop, starter and cart girl.
Would definitely recommend this place for all level player.
Great S Phx Course
Legacy golf resort is one of the better courses in South Phoenix. Layout is challenging and always kept in good shape. Staff and ranger are friendly and range balls included with round. I love playing there in late Spring to Fall with hot deal rates!
Great ending to the week!
Course was in great shape, weather was perfect, and the cart girls was there about every 4 holes. Couldn't have been better.
Good time but monitor pace of play
Played there multiple times over the years and will do so again. But marshalls have to either move slow groups forward a hole or two, or let faster groups play through.
Good Option for the Phoenix Area
I played this course twice in the last 18 months. It's a good course overall. I'm not a fan of courses that weave in and out of the homes/community, that's why I rate it as good and not excellent.
The overall facility is very nice. The pace of play was a little slow. The course conditions were good, but the bunkers were more dirt than sand
Not nearly as nice as adjacent Raven.
Slow play. Lots of dead plants and unmaintained dirt in roughs.. Good traps and greens and fairways. Great cart service.
Legacy Golf Club
Friendly and professional staff, great course conditions, and perfect weather made for an enjoyable round with our foursome.
Pace of play was very good, and layout allows for all skill levels to enjoy themselves on the course.
Will play again the next time we visit this area.
Great course in a nice setting
Overall pretty happy. My only real complaint (outside of my game) was the driving range balls on and along holes 9 and 10. A few of the greens weren’t looking great but they rolling pretty good.
Great course. Pace was really slow though
Beautiful course, and excellent layout. We were only able to get 14 holes in before it got too dark due to the pace of play. It got really slow on the back nine.
