If you haven’t played this course before, you must try this course. This is a great course.

I have played this course quite a few times over the years. I find this course to be a delightful challenge. The course is maintained extremely well. I wish they hadn’t removed the water hazards, but left some good ones. I truly love this course, and have fun even when I’m not playing up to par.

The person at the halfway house at the turn was very rude. We did not order food in advance because we did not see the sign, but there was no one behind us and she refused to sell us anything besides drinks. She was the "hotdog Na*i" and since it was lunchtime, we were starved. So, be advised, "no food for you' at the turn if you don't call in advance.

We play Lookout Mountain fairly often when we come to AZ. Never disappointed. Fast greens so... keep it below the hole!

Great course, love elevation changes, staff very friendly, many places to get in trouble. If you hit straight no problem. Several tees to accomdate all levels.

Amenities are minimal but made up for with a well maintained desert golf course. Greens are fast and can be tricky. Overall fun course to play and I would go back the next time i am in Phoenix. Great value for the money.

Love Lookout Mountain and have played it numerous times. It is one of my favorites in the Phoenix area. I have never experienced greens quite like that before. I had more putts roll off the green then I care to remember. Maybe it was the time of year, but I don’t remember being afraid of putts there before.

Hit some really good shots, and had them roll off the green into bunker. One putt above the hole, just got the ball barely moving, it went 60 feet and off the green. It was pretty much a joke.

It was a very challenging picturesque course. Unfortunately lost a number of balls but still enjoyable. Some of the better bunkers I’ve played out of in the Phoenix area. I will say the greens had some slope which made them challenging with as fast as they played. Overall enjoyed the experience

Fairways in excellent condition

Hard to believe this course is part of Troon Golf. Cart had almost no breaks, no way to stop it on steep grades. No water in the cart, no water in the club cleaner or ball washer. Putting pins on the sides of hills doesn't make it hard, it makes it rather stupid and just slows down play. Not a test of skill whatsoever. Lousy practice area, no amenities at all. No way this course belongs in the Troon rotation. Don't bother.

Really enjoyed the views. Unique layout, lots of challenging holes. Greens were dry and fast, but that's common in Arizona.

Course was very fun to play but needed more water and drink opportunities!

Course was in great shape. First group out. Pin positions made for a very challenging day on the greens.
