Reviews
Relaxing day on the course.
The courses in great shape. The pace of play was excellent. It was an enjoyable round.
Great course
Very challenging greens and the views and condition of course were great
Odd Layout
This course is the result of removing 9 of 27 holes and a front and back nine a ten minute cart ride apart. Views on the back nine are nice. The paralleling fairways and tight green to tee locations make it potentially hazardous for average or less golfers. Since the course is on the shorter side, green layout is its defense, which is to say, very contoured. Conditions were overall pretty good and while a bit funky, it was fun to play. Didn't think it was a great value given the overall course. But then again, played Talking Stick for more and thought that wasn't a value either. Must be the cost of Scottsdale golf!
Edward
Very enjoyable layout and pace of play. Some holes views were impacted by significant construction at the resort. Staff very friendly and great parking.
Awesome track!!
I’ll definitely be back to play this track! I enjoyed the front nine more than back nine. It looks like the back nine was reconstructed recently but the views from back nine were incredible
Resort Classic with some Challenge
The Phoenician golf resort offers a luxurious experience, boasting top-notch amenities and impeccable service for a memorable stay and play. Its scenic surroundings complement the challenging yet enjoyable course, making it a haven for golf lovers seeking both relaxation and a sporting challenge.
Phoenician
This course is fun, yet challenging. The greens are extremely challenging. The course layout is really good. I had a great time playing this course.
excellent conditions & fun layout
course is playing well. grass is still new, so plays longer than later in the season. carts are allowed at 90. greens are as pure as ever and in excellent condition. pace of play is below average with 5 hours to complete 18. back nine routing is a bit confusing but the views are worth it. food is great at the snack bar or restaurant upstairs. and staff is wonderful. (bring a desert club if you don’t want to hit off crushed granite rock)
Beautiful views!
Like all courses in Arizona a lot of them are overpriced, but this was a fun course to play and had absolutely beautiful scenery!
