The course was well maintained fairways are great plenty of forgiveness if you miss the fairway. A couple greens are a little ruff in areas near the fringe but overall good shape.

When you pay $30 for a round, you should know what to expect.

That being said for the price, this course was perfect. Played with my buddy at 1030am and finish in 2hrs 45 mins.

I’ve played courses 100 times worse when budget shopping my rounds.

There were some dirty patches around the greens a bit, uneven tee boxes, etc.

But if you’re not paying much to play, it’s great.

I gave it 5 stars based on what I paid.

If I paid $100 to play there, it would be around 3.75 for a rating.

The course is in really good shape. Tee boxes and Fairways almost perfect. Greens are in good shape. Pace of play was perfect less than 3 hrs. for my wife and I. Slower group in front of us let us play thru on the back (thank you). Viewpoint staff are very friendly and helpful.

I found the Boeing tournament players to be entitled, aggressive and actually made verbal threats. Very disappointed at their conduct.

Excellent, well maintained facility. Warm (August in the Sonoran Desert - what did you expect??!) And the greens were being berated. Could use some course etiquette posted - such as playing ready golf particularly if golfers behind you are constantly waiting. (Took a little over 4 hrs to do 18 holes.)

Overall, a great course, great people and great venue. Highly recommend.

Did the 9 hole course as it’s my first time playing on a golf course and I’m a beginner. Loved the layout and worth the price!

Friendly proshop staff and starter. Few players and course was in decent shape. Very warm and humid. Ice water at pro shop in cup to take..GOOD IDEA. Water on course and clean rest rooms. Will return, hopefully when it is a little cooler.

Fairways and greens as bad as any course I have played in years. Something really bad must have happened to this course and there owners. Only really positive things was the on course bathrooms and the new water stations.

Trees are healthy, grass is suffering from the heat, but a nice course for the money, pretty, friendly, not crowded, has all the amenities, range, chipping, short course, bar and restaurant, good quality carts and very walkable too.

Normally a good track for the $. The fairways have taken a beating and the greens are less than good, putt and pray. Much of the fairways have no grass at all.

Not to bad of shape for mid June. It is starting to dry out though.
