Great Staff
I have played this course many times, this time they had a few temp greens but the staff and location make it worth it. Try the restaurant and recieve great food and fantastic service.
Slow foursome
Pace of play great until 14th hole when a 4 some bogged things down. Won't let me, a single, play through so it was an agonizing last 5 holes. Hit and wait, wait wait.

Liked the layout of the course. The greens were a little rough. Great customer service.
Not great
Cool layout is overshadowed by very poor course conditions. Some greens are completely gone. Same goes for several of the tee boxes. Fariways overtaken by weeds. The crew was out working but seems like they didn't do a thing to the course until today.
All in all could've been worse for $20 but I wish I would have paid $10 more and played at Mountain Ranch / Tannenbaum.
High hopes
Staff was great! We liked the layout of the course very much, it was a fair and challenging course, but the condition of the course was horrendous!! From tee to green was terrible, looked like the greens keeper just threw in the towel. Don’t waste your money till they revive the course. Restaurant was really good and they have a good happy hour.
Challenging Course In Ozark Mountains
Nice course, but greens were a little rough. It was fun to play on.
They had a bad winter clearly
They lost a couple greens and several tee boxes. Short and tight, hit 4 iron off the tee all day from back tees. A few greens were lush but so painfully slow you had to make a full shoulder turn on a 20 footer. Teenage waitress in the bar was rude when I asked for the menu, so there was no way I was ordering there but whatever. Won’t be back. $25 was a decent value but would’ve been very unhappy to pay the regular $44, definitely not worth it.
Worst course conditions I have ever played
It’s as if the entire maintenance staff quit. Greens either dead or full Poona. Tee boxes nothing but dirt. Fairways full of weeds and clover that had not been cut in a week or more.
Not sure what the problem is, but obviously it’s many.
Staff friendly, but did not mention the conditions that awaited us.
Until something drastically changes, don’t waste your money. Go fishing instead.
