Mountain Ranch Golf Club at Fairfield Bay and Tannebbaum Golf Club are sister golf and lodging properties owned by the same company located on the north side of Greers Ferry Lake. Each golf course has onsite lodging. Tannenbaum has more units with The Cabins at Tannenbaum, which are two-bedroom, two-bathroom cabins, as well as vacation homes and condominiums. Mountain Ranch has 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condominiums with queen beds and a kitchenette. Golf packages are provided that include rounds at either course or combined.Facts

Greens needed work fairways could have been a lot better
Mountain Ranch
We let 2 young adults play ahead of us on the first tee thinking they would have a foster pace then us and we were wrong. We had to wait up to 5 minutes on ever tee box. They seen they were back logging groups but never let us play through. Greens were in fairly good condition. Still water in many sand bunkers.
Great time with a big group.
We had a company outing over a couple of days in the area and played a round of golf at Tannenbaum. The greens were punched, but that is part of golf. The course layout is fun, the food was good and Mike was very helpful getting us all setup and accommodated. We will be back.
Great layout, mediocre greens
Overall I love the way the course is laid out. Challenging par fives, Hills, and picturesque. Downside of the course, the greens really need a lot of help and the sand traps are non-existent. Overall, I would play this course again.
East Texas Course In Ark
Nice lay out. Course is in the boonies and typical east Texas course with hills. Not sure I'd play it again but every golfer if in the area should play it at least once.
Very East Texas Type Layout With Hills
Course is located in a rural area but a nice drive there. Staff was friendly, driving range is very country with tires for targets and straight line yardage markers. Putting green in nice shape and had cups but no flags. Bar staff was very nice and food available but we did not eat. We used Golfnow coupons and it was a good price for the course.
