Hole #12 I believe. Photo submitted by Trailerteri on 04/03/2013
Beautiful well manicured course
We enjoyed playing the Celebrity course. The starter "Mark" was congenial upon meeting us and very thorough in explaining the course layout, etc. The price of $ 115.00 was a good value. Our tee time was 2:20pm.
Great first round
The entire experience was great. The course was in excellent condition.
Sofas and tvs while we hit balls. Too good. C'mon!
Great course … BUT
The Players Course is one of my favourites in the area. It’s a great layout with a lot of variety and challenge. But at $275 I expect AAA conditions and course maintenance and that’s not the case right now. Weeds and uneven clumps of grass around the fairways and greens aren’t just unsightly but actually impact play (the back of the 17th green was particularly bad). Great and friendly staff, and nice amenities, are certainly appreciated but ultimately it’s all about the course and I was disappointed given the price.
Beautiful well manicured golf course
A beautiful course with lots of great water features, gorgeous flowers and deep deep sand traps!
It's expensive even when paying the evening fees, as you cannot complete 18 holes during the time allowed. $139 for 12 maybe 13 holes of golf is a lot.
It would also be nice if the simulators at the driving range were always available ; 2 of the 3 times we had to use the mats.
Fantastic Golf course
First time golfig here, but I will come back!!
The course is in great condition, Greens ran true and the fairways were lush and immaculate. Staff was friendly and the cart girl came around often enough. Great practice.warmup area, with trackman. The course is challenging but not as crazy hard as the PGA West courses.
Indian Wells Ricks
Excellent challenge in great shape. Friendly staff. All you can ask for.
Course layout
I almost got hit by the ball hit by the group behind me. We were just finished on the green, and I was the last one moving toward the next hole, then the ball zipped through my cart right in front of my face. I think the the group that was following me thought I was not there. Apparently the carts are not visible from the second shot place in the fairway of that hole. However, a lot of greens are close to the tee box of the next hole, and often I felt endangered cause I was facing toward the people from either the previous hole or the next hole hitting toward me. Other than that, people, course, flower beds, all was great!
Fully Met Expectations
First time playing IW. The Celebrity course lived up to expectations. The conditions were for the most part excellent. Greens were running at a very friendly 9.5 - good for managing pace of play. Only knock is the number of ball marks on the greens, but I can’t fault the course for that - that falls on us players. GolfNow pricing was $120 for a 2 pm tee-time, and we managed to finish 18, albeit for the last two holes it was getting pretty dicey.
Great track to play
Definitely a resort course, wide fairways, almost perfectly maintained, great experience woulld highly recommend.
Great Experience
Course has great features: staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Fairway & greens were very good.
friendly staff
from the starter to the Marshalls to the bag boy James everyone was super friendly. teed off at 2 o’clock and still got 18 holes in. range is really nice with tracer technologies
Great Course & Staff
Course in very good shape, greens lightning, staff very friendly.
