Every green was in poor condition and playing was moot as they were so rutty and/or missing grass completely. The course was so wet and muddy.

The driving range was closed on a weekend for some bizarre reason. Round took 5-1/2 hours because there are no marshals to push people for pace of play.

I have played there a lot and it’s slowly gone down hill.

Nice layout, new carts, good value. 3 hour round on a Saturday, seemed to move at a decent pace. Greens were actually pretty quick and in good shape overall. Tee Boxes and bunkers are pretty horrible however. Awesome for beginners or anyone looking to sharpen up their approach game.

Will definitely be back!

I love this golf course, but I don’t know what happened to it.

Paid $95 and the greens were awful. Patchy and bumpy, literally dirt patches on the greens. The fairways had more ground under repair than they had actual fairway. For $95 to play that garbage!?!? Wouldn’t play again unless the price was half that.

I like the layout of this course, but right now, I don't think it's worth the price.

This course has perhaps the worst-maintained cart paths in the county. Not a huge deal, except for the high number of "cart path only" holes. Many greens have significant areas of dry (as in "no grass"), bumpy patches. For me, the best things about this course right now are the employees and the restaurant.

The group ahead of us was extremely slow. The average drive in the group was about 150 yards and refused to let us play through. Our tee time was 940 on the 22nd of Jan fyi midweek not crowded and three holes open ahead of us.

Also the course was very difficult. Greens had areas that were punched or missing large sections of grass. The bunkers are very hard no sand and lots of rocks. I will have to replace my lob wedge after the bunker on 9.

I don’t think this course is a good value for the price.

Friendly staff, course conditions 7.5/10. Most fairways were in good shape. Only one fairway was pretty rough, and one green that I recall. We walked the course which was a bit challenging in itself as there a few decent hills to climb. This doesn’t take away from the course however. Some holes were moderately challenging while others provided relief. I paid for the cheaper rate as it was at an odd hour, however after playing the course, the more expensive rate would still have been a good deal. Overall very impressed with this course. Will definitely be returning.

I played Saint Marks/Lakehouse many many times over the years… It’s a average Muni with very nice facilities that have been upgraded over time… Clubhouse food are really good… But, the course is very average of more important. The grades are in Horrible shape!!! About 2/3 of the greens have major fungus dry areas and it’s almost unputtable… Frequently we were moving the ball to areas that were not burned out dirt. They charged $85 to walk and I would probably not come back out until I hear that the greens are a lot better… Sounds like they need a new greenskeeper.

The fairways are in great shape. The greens are good as well. They now have brand new golf carts that are super comfortable. It's a fun round of golf for the beginner, ot advanced golfer working on the short game .
