About Terranea Resort

Terranea Resort mixes the beauty of California's Pacific coastline with luxurious resort amenities. The Mediterranean-inspired resort, home to 582 rooms and suites, including casitas and villas, debuted in June 2009. Its menus, spa and fitness programs are wellness focused. Four pools and a kids club attract families. The nine-hole, par-3 course delivers more ocean views.

Gorgeous and fun

Great course in a beautiful setting. The only setback was that it was a little backed up, but everything else made up for it. The course is in wonderful shape and you really get your money's worth.

Par 3 course

Course condition good. Just a small 9 hole course all about 100 yards. Very boring if it weren’t for the good view of the location.

Golf now policy

I was not able to play because of exposure to covid19, had to be tested that day. When I attempted to cancel the day before golfnow would not let me..

No more golfnow tee times for me!

Another good round at Terranea

A great course overlooking the Pacific. Pricey if not discounted. Weekdays aren’t very busy, weekends busy and expensive for 9 holes. After a round, there are several dining options at the resort. I play here on a regular basis, a great warmup if I’m playing a round of 18 somewhere the next day.

Early week great

Always love Terranea. Was happy to get a good deal through GolfNow at almost half the rate I paid last time. Paying that lower rate makes it a true value play.

Fun Time

No Practice area. Weather and location Best! Very well maintained course. Perfect greens. Played a second round for $30. Ate lunch at Nelson"s very nice Ocean view! Met some really nice playing partners.
