About Marriott's Grande Vista

Part of the global Marriott Vacation Club, Grande Vista is a centrally-located Orlando resort with much to offer guests, including families and golf groups. The on-site Grande Vista Golf Club is a perfect place to hone one's golf game, thanks to a 35-acre practice facility and the Marriott Golf Academy, which offers private lessons and group golf schools. Better on the "back" nine

You play the same nine holes twice. There is a good amount of water on the course.

Stay out of that and you'll be OK.

Vacation Spot

This is probably my 12th or 13th time playing at Grande Vista, first time during the winter months. Everything was pristine, greens rolled true and fast, fairways were in good shape. Played 3 times, 2 9s and 1 18. I will be back!!

Nice but costly

Nice but costly for a 9 hole course. Course conditions were in good shape including fairways, traps, tee boxes, and greens. Greens were very fast which was fine but challenging.

Paid for 18 got two 9s

1. Course is almost all Par 3s and no Par 5s

2. I’m at fault for maybe not reading entirely, but I paid for an 18 and it was a 9 repeating from different tees.

3. No cart girl and cart path only.

4. Well taken care of.

5. Nice range and putting areas.

First of all this course is not a full course and it’s only a 9 hole course. There is no par 5’s only par 3 and 4 and it’s not a long course either.
