Disappointing

Love the course but we got stuck behind a foursome getting lessons from an instructor the other day. That’s inexcusable. It took us 3 hours to play 9 holes. It’s not right to pay over 100 bucks for 18 holes and only get 15 in because of darkness due to the fact that there is slow play ahead because of instruction. That’s for the putting green and driving range. Really disappointed.

Oak Marsh

This course is absolutely stunning, love the layout. Conditions were perfect, great fairways and the greens were fast and great shape. Would recommend this course. The Starter/Ranger was very helpful and very pleasant. We had a very slow group in front of us, who thought they were professionals and were hitting from back tees, but couldn’t hit the ball more than 100 yards. They caused the course to be backed up ,the ranger had to speak with them several times, but unfortunately,they didn’t seem to care.

Wonderful!!!

This is a very good course with some challenging holes. Wonderful conditions, but just a little to much rain on some holes, but hey, it is Hurricane season. Really enjoyed the pace of play and the staff was tremendous, both inside the clubhouse and on the course. Played it twice while on vacation, and both times they were able to move my tee times up so I was not playing in the heat of the day.

Will be back on our next trip to Amelia Island.

Great course

This is a great course and. not too tricked out for a resort course. The greens were a little slow but I think they had been punched and sanded a couple of weeks back. I would play it again but not for $130.

Nice Mix of holes

Great mix of tough, moderate and easy holes. Beautiful scenery and seeet golf carts! Driving range was a little disappointing but range balls included with fee so that was great. I’ve played a lot of nice courses and I would definitely play here again.
