Good day of golf!
First time playing this course. Good time and great layout. Staff was awesome and super friendly. Tight greens. You can’t ask for more than that!!
Thank you for taking the time to review us Mike3646836. Your feedback is valuable, and we look forward to delivering you excellent service again soon. Oak Marsh at Amelia Island Plantation thanks you!
Plce to play
Overall staff at front desk and bag check in are fantastic. First two days starters very also very nice, but last day our starter was very rude to our grouper no reason. Starters on August 30, 31 were great - starter on Sept 1 needs to go to relationship/customer friendly school.
Hello, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We appreciate the feedback about our starters and have forwarded your comments over to our management staff for improvements in the future. Thanks for playing Oaks Marsh Golf Course. We hope to see you again soon!
Great golf experience at Oak Marsh
Played at Oak Marsh 3 times while on vacation at the Omni Resort. Played the white tee which were about right for a senior player. The course wasn't crowded this time of year which made it fast for us.. We played one 18 hole round in 3 hours. Fairways were great, but you better watch out for the greens as they will eat your lunch!
Staff (Michael and Briana) as well as others were very helpful.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied.

Birdie on 12
Bring your camera, there are breathtaking views on this course. My favorite was on 15, walking up to the green on this par four, I noticed something on top of the flag. It was a large owl, I got to within
25 yards of the green before it took off.... On 14 the flamingos were lining the trees off to the left of the green. Some would fly by us,
I think some folks may feed them.
The course is great, generous fairways on some holes, tight on a few.
Greens are receptive, ball will stick. Some greens are small, so that works. Fairways tee boxes all in great shape. Play this course you will not be disappointed.

Best Course on Amelia Island
Long Point is certainly the best golf course on Amelia and is what I consider to be my 2nd home course. While the golf course has fantastic conditions, there are a few members that didn’t like having me and another player walking the course. However, besides that, I have always enjoyed practicing and playing at LP. The front 9 has some good views and is much easier to walk. However, the back 9 has 2 oceanside par 3s, which are always a treat. Even though the back 9 is tougher to walk, 11, 12, 15, 16, 17 are all fantastic golf holes and I always get excited thinking about playing them. I also think the 12th tee box is my favorite spot on Amelia Island. While it’s a bit pricey, it’s tough to beat anywhere in north Florida.
This is super random, but I'm trying to remember if this is a course I played about 12 years ago. Does this course happen to have blackberry bushes all over the place that you can just pick off berries and eat while you play?
Classic Pete Dye
Oak Marsh constantly reminds me how much i enjoy marsh golf. While the marsh is only in play on 5 holes, the other 13 are decent holes. However, the 5 marsh holes stand out as the clear best 5. On almost every hole, there are hazards or OB on each side of the fairway. There are also well placed bunkers and lots of variety. Certainly would recommend to anyone at Amelia, but be ready for difficult pars.
Fantastic course on classic NE Florida terrain. Course was in great condition, staff were super helpful and friendly. Will definitely play this course again and again.

Had a blast!
My son and I wanted a break from the beach. It was just what the doctor ordered. Almost perfect condition, quick pace of play, and a very friendly staff. Thanks for a great time!
Thank you for your kind words! We hope to see you again at the course very soon for another 5-star experience. Thanks for choosing Oak Marsh at Amelia Island Plantation.
Rainy Day
I have played here before, but the condition of the course
Tee boxes, fairways, greens, and bunkers is magnificent..
It is difficult, to find a better place to play.
Staff inside the pro shop, and the starter top notche..
Excellent course but beware additional fees.
Course was in excellent shape despite a lot of recent rain. Challenging but playable for golfers of all skill levels. Carts with built in GPS.
Surprised at check-in with additional fees of "Internet Service Charge" and "Links Service Charge" so booked rate was deceptive.

Great day of golf
We had a beautiful day to play. The course was in excellent condition- beautiful tee boxes and fairways and firm fast greens. We played our round on under 4 hours and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this course

Humid Sunday Morning
Course is in great condition. Some Tee boxes moved up to overseed and repair normal tees which made for some driveable par 4's. Only complaint was one group slowing the whole course, no marshall to monitor the course.
Thank you for your review, uwreck2. We will pass along your positive experience to our team at Oak Marsh at Amelia Island Plantation. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
