Georgia's Hard Labor Creek State Park is located on Lake Rutlege east of Atlanta off I-20. This state park facility features a range of accommodations from camp sites and RV sites to 20 2-bedroom cottages. Amenities here are highlighted by the 18-hole golf course designed by Denis Griffiths and features a pro shop, full driving range, grill and bar. Additional features of this state park, which is on the National Register of Historic Places, is horseback riding, off-road mountain biking, hiking, beachside swimming and boat rentals.Facts

Love this course
I try to play this course during the week . The staff is nice and they are really accommodating. Course looks great . Greens have some sand on them but I think that’s just because of the time of year
It was good
Crowded day but pace was good. Tee boxes moved on many holes about 30 yards closer, I guess to let other ones recover. Fine shape for the cost. Would/will play here again.
Great Course! Challenging layout.
Had a great time at Hard Labor Creek. Would have given it 5 stars but the greens were covered in sand due to recent aeration. Would love to come back again!
Fun course
Fun course especially for the money. A storm came through last week and put some trees down on the course.
Excellent layout
Tough track with an excellent layout about an hour east of Atlanta. Course was in good condition; there were some rough spots but it's been really hot. Sand could use some work. Greens weren't the fastest I've played but they rolled true. Would play again if I'm in the area. Great bang for the buck.
Fantastic Place
This is a wonderful course with a challenging old school layout and friendly staff. The head pro Karl is an awesome guy. Well worth a visit!
Staff was great.
Everything was top notch and worth the trip. Only thing from getting 5 stars were the bunkers were not raked. Have a great time
Nice Course
Saw a hot deal for this course. It’s was last minute so me and my partner said let’s try it out. This course was worth the drive. The lay out was challenging. There was 2 to 3 greens that was patchy. But overall the greens was rolling nice. I look forward to playing this course again
Fantastic course
Although I only got to play 9 of 18 due to rain it'd a great place to play.
Great Course
This course has seen plenty of work in the past year are so. Course was greatly improved, most greens in really good condition and some bare spots in fairway but overall good condition. All this said, play the course, great layout, beautiful setting. and friendly staff.
