Laura S. Walker State Park

This was my first time playing here and I really enjoyed it. The course was in pretty good shape overall. The greens have a few that are still growing in right now but for this time of the year looked pretty good. Fairways were in decent shape and the whole course is very well maintained. The state park does a great job on this course all around and for the price you can't beat it. I drove about an hour and twenty mins to get to this course and it was beyond worth it. Highly recommend this course to everyone.

I can’t say enough good about this golf course. It’s outstanding.

I love to play this course when I’m in town but Saturday was different. There was so much sand in clumps left on the greens that you couldn’t putt the ball. I’m not sure who would look at these greens after working on them and say that looks like something I’m proud of. I wish that I would have taken pictures of them. I know this isn’t the norm for that course but to have to pay full price of $60 and have greens that weren’t usable is crazy. Overall the course is in good shape although it appears they had a hydronic line bust on a machine so all the greens will have strips on them in the coming days I’m sure. Hopefully they get some much needed rain and get this course back into good shape again.

I always like playing this course. It was in good shape. The staff was excellent. Play was on the slow side.

Pace of play was excellent. Arrived early and was able to get off early, by myself, and played entire round with minimal waiting.

Ça fait 4 fois que nous golfons ce parcours

Très agréable à jouer

Beau challenge

Les greens sont rapides

Always enjoy playing here. Tee to green it’s in awesome condition. New carts with GPS and well stocked Pro Shop

I played 10 games of golf near Daytona so far...

This game at Laura Walker is my best one.

What a place to do RV and having a champion chip golf course.

Thanks to the staff for having that nice place to golf

They did not honor the price that I got from golfnow, was charged $54 and not $34. On top of that it started to rain after hole 3 and we had to leave the course. Cashier wouldn’t give us a raincheck she said they wont give rainchecks for days like it. Hello its raining. Wow!!

Anyway there you have it!

I love playing at Laura Walker golf course, today we went there. They did not honor the golf now price they charged us $54 a person plus we got rained out after the fourth hole and they wouldn’t give us a rain check. This is unacceptable.

Enjoyed our round of golf. Not a fancy course but what we expected for the price. It wasn’t crowded so we could set our own pace of play. Friendly staff

I've played this course numerous times over the years and never have I had a negative thing to say about this course. The layout is suited for the skilled and unskilled player, a course for the whole family to enjoy. Kudos to the maintence and shop staff!

Wet from recent rain

Few holes cart path only .. understandable.

Not one ball washer on course .. staff used excuse that they were removed during Covid but I believe Covid has been over for a few years so get at least

4-6 back out of maintenance shed.

Need these especially with muddy/ wet conditions

Also only one or two waste bins on whole course .

Should have 2-3 per nine holes

Course was in great condition for the time if year and staff was wonderful. Marshal is needed to monitor pace of play… too many twosomes on course
