Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort and Spa

The course at Savannah Harbor was in great shape, The greens roll smooth and the pace of play was quick. The staff was on point from the time we dropped our backs at the front of the building until they dropped us back at our car when we finished. Lots of birds and alligators to be seen. Over all we had a great time.

This is the best course in Savannah! It is in such great shape. Beautiful scenery and everything.

The course was in great shape. Greens were nice and firm, I watched the ball on some of my long putts roll pure all the way to the hole (or just short!)! Pace was great, we played in 3:58 and we had a mixed group.

My main issue with the course was bug control. I understand it’s built in a low lying area, but on some holes the swarms were uncontrollable. I don’t know if the course sprays or not, but would definitely recommend they start or increase occurrence.

Also the rack rate was $109 which seemed pretty steep.

Don’t get me wrong I had a great round and the course was in great shape. I was just forced to deal with quite a few mosquitoes on some

holes, and as we all know that can influence the outcome on our golf shots.

Clearly, they are focused on providing the customer with an enjoyable round of golf. From the course maintenance to the personal interaction from the time you arrive.

Course is beautiful tee to green. Greens roll perfect. My only knock would be greens are firming up and will need to get punched or watered real soon. They are getting hard to hold on approach shots. Other than that, best value in SAV/HHI area.

Aside from the bunkers, the course is in great shape. Played a 3 hour round with very little traffic. Always a professional attitude at the course from the staff to the free range balls and the maintenance done on the course

Showed up at 10:05 for 10:30. Range was jammed so they told us that we could head out early. Course was in excellent shape. Interesting layout front nine. Jillian on the cart was very friendly and accommodating. We played pretty well but the rain started on 8 and was torrential by the time we finished the front. The grill was still closed due to the virus, so we got a raincheck for the back nine and headed home in the storm. We are looking forward to playing another day. I really want a shot at the back nine.

Beautiful landscape. Fun track, not too long but plenty of driver opportunity. Close to downtown SAV. Highly recommend

A beautiful course and great layout. My first time there and it was a great round.

The course was outstanding. It’s in really great shape. Fairways are very Healthy and the Greens are true and. Emasculate. The service in the pro shop was very helpful and professional. Love the guys there. However, the service in the restaurant wasn’t as welcoming. Overall it’s a great place to play and hang out for the day. It’s a must play when you're in Savannah.

I brought my husband out for his birthday and were a bit disappointed to find out that the range was closed due to rain from 2 days ago and that the pace of play was going to be slow. Unfortunately the pace was very slow due to a tournament that was wrapping up, no starter to maintain pace and an impromptu photo shoot on the 9th hole. Being that we knew we were not going to finish before it got dark, we went in to ask for a rain check for the back 9. Alex in the pro shop was incredibly apologetic for the pace and upset about the photo shoot as well. My recommendation would be for a starter to be present to maintain the pace and prevent an abundance of 1 and 2 player groups.

Use to play there often when you could get hot deal for $40 during the late fall winter. Now it's $100+ always. Not worth that much cash for golf in the area. Keep in mind it is a TROON course and is sweet but too much cash for me.

1. Nice practice area but the driving range was closed due to wet conditions.

2. Pace of play was good.

3. Fairways had been over seeded with winter rye. It was a little long and the soil was wet.

4. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

5. It’s a beautiful course but you got NO ROLL when your ball landed in the fairways.which made it play longer.

6. Greens and bunkers were in excellent condition. Greens were fast and rolled true. Sand was good white sand and well maintained.

7. Value on Golf Now was good.
