quick round
A good pace of play for a sunday, finished in just under 4 hours. Greens in great condition, a couple fairways along the river cart path only . Other than that not bad for a short course. 6200 yards.
Cj Thut
Past flooding has left the back nine in terrible condition. Hole 17 has no grass. Layout is fun but they need to fix the fairways. Sorry $50 on a Sunday morning is still too much
Course not maintained at all
Paid full price for half a course. The grass on all the fairways were dead and The course was not maintained at all.
Could use a little TLC
The staff were friendly. The price was good. The course could use some TLC. I played here a few years before and the course was in much better shape. The pace of play was slow. We waited in each hole and eventually skipped 14-15-16.
Course in poor condition
The course was in very poor condition. Brown, crusty rough patches everywhere throughout the course. Holes shut down and very soggy. Fairways in rough shape. It’s as if they didn’t do any maintenance to the course during the pandemic and are still charging full price.
Worth $20
Haven’t played here in 2-3 years but it has taken a steep decline in quality of the track. There wasn’t one fairway that was in decent condition. Haven’t had rain in 6-7 days but there was still plenty of soggy fairways and many with little to zero living grass.
Also, they no longer have GPS carts. Definitely not worth $50.
Cranes Landing
just a terrible muddy, rain washed golf course. No effort by the course superintendent to get this course in any kind of acceptable shape. Not worth the $50, should be about $25. I want my money back
Damaged course
THE COURSE is beat up. Most fairways don't have grass. Tee box and greens are beat up very bad. Flooding damage everywhere. Some holes are cut short. Top two worst courses I've played at.
Don’t play here
This course was in horrible condition. It was a total waste of money and an afternoon.
It should be closed. The condition of this place is not acceptable.
It needs a tremendous amount of repairs to be playable.
Course is in awful shape
It was a fun time but the course is in awful shape. Super water logged even though we’ve barely had rain this week. Many miles of dead grass and dirt
Should wait to open
Shame they are charging a full rate when the majority of the course is damaged. It was great last summer but no way would I play here for full price until they get rid of water. They should've at least warned us, I've lost my trust in then saying the course is in playable condition. Plenty of other courses are way better for cheaper
Course should not be open at this time
I am pretty easy going, but this course should not be open. The majority of the holes are still water damaged. I have played this course many times in the past and always enjoyed my rounds. But right now they should just close until the repairs from the flooding have taken place. In the least there should be some kind of warning that golfers play at your own discression....because of all the flooding damage. To pay full price is BS. Had I known the course was in as bad as shape as it was........you wouldn’t been able to pay me to play there. I really do like Cranes Landing, but right now.....shame on you Crane’s Landing for not warning golfers of the severity of the flood damage that still exists and taking FULL PRICE to play there now.
Needs work
They have a lot of work to do. This course had taken mucho flooding, maintenance time!
Rain rain go away
Course is short. If you are an intermediate golfer you should post a low score. The grounds are plagued by floods from all the rain. Needs better drainage. Greens very slow most likely because of not getting cut/rolled during Covid. The areas that have not been hit by flooding are in pretty good shape
$60 for a water trashed course!!!
They charged $60 to walk this water trashed course in terrible shape. You guys should be ashamed of yourself!!!
Clearly bad damage to almost entire layout from flooding a few weeks ago. But overall maintenance was lacking.
