Nice course…way overpriced…many other issues
Now over 100$ prime rate…and no ranger to keep pace on a Sunday morning, 5.5 hr round….slow groups….fivesomes….just a debacle. For the price paid there should be someone out there keeping the pace and ensuring a timely and enjoyable round. Better options for better price all throughout area.
Nice course, but there’s much better for the price.
Drainage is bad, I’d stay away if it’s rained in the past week, price is high for a course of this caliber, carts are geo tracked, so you will get stuck if you venture slightly off path in what they refer to as a restricted zone.
Beautiful course, horribly managed pace. Over booked.
This was our first time out at this course , and it is very well kept with some great views and beautiful holes.
Unfortunately, by the 3rd hole the ranger was trying to push us and rush us through our round, ruining the vibe of the entire day. Our group was not fast by any means, but by the 9th hole we were only behind pace by 5 minutes and the ranger was threatening to kick us off the course . Absolutely unbelievable experience something I've never dealt with before and it ultimately frustrated our group.
We were on pace for slightly over 2 hours for each nine which is completely normal for a long course booked up on a Saturday.
Don't golf here unless you want to play fast golf bad because this course is tough and unforgiving.
Beautiful course
A very nice looking, and challenging course in an excellent condition. Greens were very good. But the pace of play is terrible, had a few 4some groups ahead that played on longer tees than us and were super slow. 18 holes took over 5 hours and no staff came out to push the slow ones.
Eagle
A good challenging course that is well kept
Price has increased over the years
Weekend rates do include range balls
And first time where they all gave nice divot repair tool
The multi colored grass on the greens looked like camouflage which made it very difficult to read. I don’t remember this on past visits, so not sure if some weed grass got mixed in. Hope it goes away.
Beautiful & Challenging
Always a pleasure to play Eagle Crest. Great layout and always in amazing shape with fantastic backdrops !!
Playing with other golfers
My only concern is being paired with other golfers who don’t play ready golf i.e.
riding in the cart with a single golfer and his significant other who didn’t golf but spent too much time socializing.
My wife and I really enjoy golfing at Eaglecrest.
Solid course, but very expensive now
Always loved this course. Challenging yet fair. Usually always in great shape. Pace of play tends to be good.
However, priced have went up significantly. Cost is near $100 to play. While this is a nice course, that's a bit much. It drives away the regular golfer who likes to play. I get it. You just added new simulators and a practice facility. You have to recoup the cost somewhere. Shame, I usually like to play here several times a year but I won't this year just based on cost.
Beautiful course
Beautiful course!
Played 9 on Sunday, the only uncomfortable interaction was with the clubhouse. The employee kept saying check in after 9 if you’re playing 18. We told him we were only playing 9 and he kept reiterating. They may have had problems in the past with people paying for 9 and playing 18. But it was awkward.
Challenging but very fun course
Great course. Excellent shape. Fast greens. Fun round of golf.
