The Bay Valley Resort in Bay City can be enjoyed for business or pleasure. The resort is centrally located right off of Interstate-75 in Michigan's mid-section. Lake and golf course views can be had from the Royal Troon Ballroom, dining outdoor terrace and Player's Lounge. Guest rooms feature one king-sized bed or two double beds. Parlor suites include a king bed and comfortable seating area. Complimentary continental breakfast and internet, a fitness room, hot tub, sauna, live entertainment and an indoor/outdoor heated pool are just a few of the perks. I have played this course several time over the past two years this year has been the best condition that the course has been in for sometime, the year before the tee boxes were a disgrace but a lot has went into the course since then with proper management this could become a standout course. More golfers have to lear to repair their divots. This course is a great bang for the buck.
Enjoy the Fall Golf and Colors
What a great play to golf. Well worth the stop if you're going north or driving there for the day. The people here are fantastic and one of the best in customer care in the Saginaw Bay area. Course is well maintained, not an easy course at all but not that hard that you don't ever want to come back, great mix of tough and not so tough holes.
A come back course
The reason I say a come back course is the previous management was not putting anything back into the case and was still trying to charge a top dollarr. The present management is really improving the course the greens are quick and true and well maintained. You can see a lot of improvement in the course. The course is getting a lot of play because of the pricing of 25.00 for 18 and a cart, it the course is returning to the course of years ago. Great job guys.
Hot as heck
Greens were in decent shape considering the lack of rain. Pace of play was very good. Only saw cart girl once... could have really used something to drink (very hot).
BV Needs Care
Course is a great layout. But probably due to lack of profits the course has suffered and is in need of maintenance. Tee boxes are rough to say the least. Greens in pretty good shape. Fairway is OK. Cart paths are real bumpy. I'm willing to return for more rounds but not willing to pay more for it.

well established course
course was in great condition and perfect weather made it an ideal day

Course has really rebounded compared to how it was a couple of years ago. Greens are in great shape.
Go to neighborhood course.
We don’t live far from the course so we play it often. The GolfNow discount makes it even more appealing. There a a few tough holes for seniors but overall a pleasant experience.

Fun Course!
This is my hometown favorite! We have played here multiple times this year due to awesome deals they have going all the time with Golf Now App and other coupons. We have not been disappointed! Greens are good and overall course is very nice.

Getting Better
The course was going down hill but, the new owner is starting to get things done to improve the conditions. It's not going to happen over night but, you can see the work that is getting done. This is a real good golf course and can be very challenging. We just have to be patient as they work on the course but, go play it and have fun. Also, the Golf Pro at the course is a great guy to talk to.
