My son from California and I played this twice this year when he was home in August and we enjoyed it greatly, we were not rushed and the weather was great to bad we didn't shoot better but it was great

We like this challenging layout, love the price and staff but the greens have developed several spots that look like fungus or rot. Had to move balls right and left on greens to avoid putting through the pot holes. We hope its temporary because we really do like this place, but not with those greens. sorry Bay. Valley, may not be back for awhile.

Always enjoy our time on this course, accommodating friendly staff , layout is a good as you’ll find , challenging mix of long short left right , water sand trees conditions are pretty good. Least expensive course around, if don’t expect brand new carts or a fancy pro shop you’ll be ok.

If you like resort like golf courses, lodging, amenities, then this is the place for you to NOT come. How can they vlam this to be a “resort”is mind boggling. Lodging building looks nice from the outside however, the golf course leaves something to be desired. Very poor or lake of “next hole” signage especially after hole #2 as the cart pTh with lead you to #9. #3 is like a 1/4 mile down the other way with no signage.

Played Bay Valley for the first time. Very interesting layout and with all the recent rain the course was in good condition. Greens were soft and held nicely. My wife and I played this as a a Hot Deal so the price was right. I will look to play here again.

This course has made huge strides in returning to its glory from several years ago. Greens and tees are in great shape. Always liked the layout of this course, but the extra watering has really paid off. Clubhouse needs major work, but who cares for the 1 minute you are in there to pay.

Played many times before. Greens were very hard. Pace of play was good. Bunkers, as most in Michigan, are not fit to be hit from. Tough flag positions.

Been golfing here for 20 years. I have seen the good the bad and the ugly...and now coming back to the good thanks to some personal changes. The clubhouse staff is some of the best around. The greens are in great shape, fairways are coming back, bunkers need some work and it all takes time. Keep up the good work

I have played this course several time over the past two years this year has been the best condition that the course has been in for sometime, the year before the tee boxes were a disgrace but a lot has went into the course since then with proper management this could become a standout course. More golfers have to lear to repair their divots. This course is a great bang for the buck.

What a great play to golf. Well worth the stop if you're going north or driving there for the day. The people here are fantastic and one of the best in customer care in the Saginaw Bay area. Course is well maintained, not an easy course at all but not that hard that you don't ever want to come back, great mix of tough and not so tough holes.

The reason I say a come back course is the previous management was not putting anything back into the case and was still trying to charge a top dollarr. The present management is really improving the course the greens are quick and true and well maintained. You can see a lot of improvement in the course. The course is getting a lot of play because of the pricing of 25.00 for 18 and a cart, it the course is returning to the course of years ago. Great job guys.
