Excellent Condition
I golf at The Meadows about 3-4 times a season. The course is always in excellent shape. Fairways and greens are true and the grass is perfect. Highly recommended
You get what you pay for
Course was great. Overpriced but in this case, for a lot of money you get some good golf.
Terrible greens
I've played the Meadows a few times this year and have been somewhat disappointed in the quality of the greens each time, but this latest visit was the worst. Greens were not only "fuzzy" and slow (needed to be cut) but the number of unrepaired divots and marks on the green made for guaranteed erratic ball roll on almost every putt. This isn't something I would even normally notice but it wa kks really bad. I probably repaired at least 3-4 divots on every green, and those were just in the areas where I was standing while.waitinf for others to putt.
This course is beautiful and otherwise excellent. It deserves better, more challenging (firmer) greens which are better cared for.

Food
We arrived for a 1218 tee time and they ran out of buns, so they had no burgers. The wraps were terrible, and the cart girl showed up on the back 9 for one hole. Not impressive.
Gorgeous course
Love playing this gem, course was in awesome shape and not overcrowded
Well manicured course
We have always enjoyed playing Meadows for the past several years. The course is in great shape but a little hard to book times ever since COVID. A few amenities have fallen by the wayside as well, bag drop attendants, small towels on your carts, and lack of rangers on the course have slowed play lately. Nonetheless, this course is a gem to our community and we enjoying visiting.
Course is in great shape for how dry it’s been in MN
Customer service
We loved the course. Conditions were terrific. However if you're spending $140 per round the on course customer service needs to improve. It was 95 degrees and we didn't see the beverage cart until hole 13. Not acceptable. There was also a very slow group in front of us...there was no ranger. I asked the cart girl where the ranger was and she said...I don't think they have one working today. What? A busy Saturday and there's no ranger? For one of the highest priced courses in the metro I would expect more. The course was fantastic. Too bad the entire experience wasn't.
beautiful course
I have been wanting to play this course for some time. I finally did play and wasn't disappointed. It is a very pretty course with water on many of the holes. The course was in very good shape for an early spring round. Greens were pretty fast but true. Bring your A game as some of the missed fairways are unforgiving!
Spring
T to green the course is very fun.
Fairways are the challenge. Select your T box’s with care.
Greens are a good size. Some are well protected. You won’t have trouble reading your putts.
