Find another course if you can
unless the price is under $30 go elsewhere and even at the discount realize this course is in BAD shape. probably shouldn’t even be open
No Marshalling in afternoon! 5 hour round
We knew it was a beautiful day and everyone would be out on the course. There was a marshal early on the front 9 who said there was a slow group only playing 9 holes. We were moving reasonably well until we hit #10, there were 3 sets of golfers all the way until 18, so it made it an awful experience. Never saw a marshal on backside at all. Lot's of guys in scramble just drinking alot and not playing in a reasonable pace. You would have thought that would have been quicker, but they were all just messing around. Not fun and not coming back. To make it worse when I got back to the clubhouse, to use the rest room it was closed!
Great course
Very challenging in lots of areas. Hole 4 is one of the toughest holes you’ll ever play. Great friendly staff, highly recommend!
Loved the course layout. First time I played it so some of the holes were difficult due to the sloping of the fairways but not impossible. Staff was cool. Definitely recommend
2nd chance. Find something else.
1st time we played back in October the course was pretty good. Some draining problem and dead spots but ok. THIS time it was completely unkept. Weed grass in the fairways. Fairways spotty green but mostly look like it was burnt out already. Considering other courses in the area are fully greened out. Greens look like they had not been cleaned all year. Sand traps overgrown and a wreck. Worse course I have played in a year. For $95 ea, which was what we paid in October there are to many options in that area to play this one again.
WET COURSE BUT GOOD TO GET OUT
The course was extremely wet. It was cart path only so there was lots of walking. Course conditions were typical of a winter round. Cart paths are in poor shape and in need of repair. The cart attendant and the snack bar attendant were extremely courteous. Although we were the last ones in the snack bar, she was friendly and made us feel welcome.
Tough Course but Fair
Narrow fairways, with serious elevation changes. Rolling greens, in great shape, but tough to read in the rolling countryside. Our game was hampered by fallen leaves, it made finding your ball difficult, even in the fairway. All in all, a challenging but beautiful course.

Have played The Cove a few times and have enjoyed each and every time played!
Really Nice course
I have played there many times and think it's one of the best in the area.
Fun to play . Good resort course
Enjoyable to play for average golfer. I am. 18 handicapp playing from gold tees.. unfortunately my one partner and I were behind a foursome from the first tee who appeared to have at least one beginner . They would not allow us to play through. Took 5 hrs. For 18 holes.
The Ridge
Golf course fairways were in decent shape some of the greens and tee boxes need some TLC. There were quite a few wet spots due to leaking irrigation and there were a number of bunkers that needed attention - overgrown with weeds or lacking sand.
