Reviews
Pointe Return Review
A few gimmicky holes, one temporary green and so many pitch marks on the green took away a good experience. The only reason pace of play was acceptable is the group ahead of us was waiting on one of their foursome. We finished 4 holes ahead of them.
The course conditions
Big ripoff for the money. More crabgrass on the course than grass . The green were the worst shape I ever had seen
Rolling terrain
Playing from out of state the rolling hills and changing elevations made for a great challenge and adjustments.
The greens were a little rough.
The greens on the front nine are in bad shape. The greens on the back nine are just average.
Must play
Played three years ago
Loved it then
Remember and enjoyed it more
Can you please get people to fix their ball marks
Went to play this course and was absolutely excited about it…. Til I got to the first green.. wow.. major disappointment.. it was bad.. real bad.. ball marks all over every single green there!! Ridiculous.. you should have the Marshall doing that instead of checking to see if you are suppose to be playing.. cmon… I’d never recommend this golf course to anyone until they fix the green or up the price to keep all the idiots that don’t repair divots or ball marks off the course!
Friendly staff but very rude members
The staff was excellent. The were very friendly and got us out early as there was tee availability. A couple of members were very rude. They thought they owned the place and instead of kindly telling us some local rules the argued and berated us for not knowing golf. Not fun!
Enjoyable course for the average golfer.
Reviews warned us the greens were showing wear so we were prepared for the late summer and active local use conditions. Greens on the front showed a lot of burnout but the back was much better. Coming from flatlands the lies and slopes were challenging but the course layout and foliage were enjoyable as well as the 19th hole facilities. Pace if play was good even with many twosomes allowed. Overall we enjoyed our round and would play there again.
Terrible Greens!!!
Came here thinking this place was top notch.. boy was I ever wrong!! The greens were horrible and had I repaired ball marks all over it!
