The Avi Resort & Casino, located off the banks of the Colorado River in Laughlin, is nestled on the Nevada, Arizona and California border. Owned by the Fort Mojave Indian Tribe, the Avi offers the Spirit Mountain Casino with slot machines, 18 table games, a poker room with Texas Hold’em daily, a Sport Book, live Bingo, Keno and more. Guests can stay at the hotel, where the rooms were renovated in 2018, or the Avi RV Park KOA, which allows free access to Avi Casino & Resort’s private beach on the Colorado River, outdoor pool, boat launch and fitness center. On-site KOA amenities include free Wi-Fi and cable, laundry, showers, picnic area with barbecue pits and a dog-run area. Other amenities include a massage room, boat rentals, an eight-theater movie complex, multiple restaurants and an arcade and Kids Quest daycare for children. I have lived in Mohave Valley for 11years and always had golfed at El Rio, Riverside, or Laughlin Ranch. This was my first time trying this course as I saw on reviews most golfers rated it very high. Well I agree with the reviews. This course was in great shape and in better condition than the other courses I normally played. I will be a regular here now. The rates are very reasonable.

Hardly any players!
We had a 2pm tee time and decided to get there early to grab something to eat and hit range balls. There was not another player scheduled before our time and it was just before noon. The course has an interesting design and generally in good condition. The traps and rough are not well taken care of. Wind always seems to be more prevalent here than other area courses. A good course, but not the best value in the area.

Loved the layout, followed like a book
The staff were very friendly. I felt like I played left all day but the greens were easy to read, ran very slow when we played. Very well maintained.

Decent value for the dollar
Course in overall decent shape....staff working hard to make improvements. Greens were in great shape. Very friendly staff, good pace of play (just under 4 hrs) and food was good at reasonable price. Overall, decent value.
